Description

Elektrische Verbindung von Metallteilen Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Verbindung von Metallteilen, insbesondere von Bimetallen mit den Anschlußstüoken bei elektrischen Schaltgeräten. Die genannten Verbindungsarten haben den Nachteilp daß durch Ungenauigkeit bei der Herstellung der Verbindung verschiedene Ubergangswiderstände entstehen, wodurch Störungen in der Funktionsweise des Auslösers auftreten können. Weiterhin sind diese Verbindungen hinsichtlich des Materialeinsatzes der Verbindungselemente sowie in der Herstellungszeit relativ aufwendig. Neben der recht komplizierten Technologie der Herstellung der genannten Verbindungen haben besonders die Schraub- und Nietverbindungen einen verhältnismäßig großen Haumbedarf. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrundag eine elektrische Verbindung von Bimetallen mit den AnschlußstUoken bei elektrischen Sohaltgeräten zu entwickeln, die technologisch einfach ist und einen konstanten Ubergangswiderstand ergibt. Erfindungsgemäß wird das durch eine Preßkerbverbindung erreichtg indem das einzupressende Teil an der Verbindungsstelle einen Durchbruch und das mit dem einzupressenden Teil zu verbindende Teil eine-aufgerissene Kerbe aufweistp wobei die entsprechende Öffnung dem Querschnitt des einzupressenden Teiles entspricht.
