Description
Safety hook The invention relates to a spindle for spinning and Twisting machines with a whirling collar arranged on the spindle bearing housing Safety hook to prevent unintentional pulling out of the spindle running part from the Spindle bearing housing.
It is known to mount safety hooks, which in the operating position overlap a whorl collar, pivotably in a hook carrier welded into a vertical groove on the spindle bearing housing, which is attached to the spindle flange (German patent 1. (`= i"'cic. @ , This type of The bracket fastening is no longer detachable, so it has to be attached by the spindle manufacturer from the start. It is also known to screw such brackets to the wharve flange. However, as experience has shown, the screw fastening is not reliable unless the screws are still attached In addition, the known, screwed-on hooks (German patent specification 721 879) are difficult to bend outwards due to their special design when the spindle barrel part is to be removed.
Another known solution (German usage pattern 1 788 355) the securing hook does not have to and cannot be bent elastically therefore be strongly dimensioned, but in this case it is disadvantageous that in the lower flange surface a larger recess must be incorporated in the a screw with a spring is to be accommodated. This construction is cumbersome and it must, if the hook is to be removed for any reason, also the Spindle can also be removed, which means that the Requires spindle.
The invention is based on the object of creating a hook safety device, which avoids these disadvantages and can also be used as universally as possible and attached to the spindle built into the machine at any time wild again, can be removed. The bracket of the hook carrier The spindle bearing housing should also have the simplest possible shapes and the spindle flange and also the appropriate arrangement of a spindle brake not affect. The invention consists in that the carrier of the securing hook on a fork-shaped one that can be laterally inserted into transverse grooves of the spindle bearing housing Plate is arranged 'which at least two points radially in these transverse grooves is held. It is useful when the fork-shaped plate is received Transverse grooves of the spindle bearing housing are designed as a common annular groove. In special cases, for example when the neck bearing of the spindle with a closure cap is provided or for other reasons in the vicinity of the neck bearing additional spindle parts are to be arranged, it can be advantageous if a shoulder of the preferably formed as a common annular groove transverse grooves through the face of a special on the spindle bearing housing part, for example a cap for the neck bearing is formed. It is also particularly advantageous if the fork-shaped A. Plate with its radially resilient fork ends in the transverse grooves of the spindle bearing housing is elastically tensioned, so that the installation and removal of the hook safety device at any time can take place, installation, for example, only after assembly the spindle in the machine. It is also advantageous if the fork ends behind the longitudinal center plane of the spindle bearing housing in the preferably as an annular groove formed transverse grooves and a force component generated thereby the fork-shaped Plate pushes into this groove in the direction of the transverse center plane of the spindle bearing housing. This results in a perfect three-point bearing and it is not necessary the manufacturing tolerances for the annular groove and the fork-shaped plate in particular to keep tight, which would be necessary if the Gabelernbn can not spring radially and the plate, for example, by flanging its fork ends against it in the annular groove Slide out is secured. Around the jaw of the hook carrier against radial rotation to secure, it is useful to the fork-shaped plate or the TrL ', ger a Arrange locking lug that engages in a recess in the spindle bearing housing. A particularly advantageous arrangement of the hook securing results when the fork-shaped plate receiving preferably an annular groove forming transverse grooves on tubular spindle bearing housing are arranged over the spindle flange and the Stirrup-shaped locking nose of the fork-shaped plate in a radial Engages bore of the spindle flange. Such a hook securing is space-saving, thereby avoiding a dangerous reduction in the cross section of the spindle bearing housing iat. In a further embodiment of the invention, it is expedient to use the Support of the safety hook with the fork-shaped plate made from one piece of sheet steel produce so that special fasteners are omitted. It can also be beneficial when the carrier has an extension loop with its safety hook is arranged radially resiliently on the fork-shaped plate. Such a hook arrangement can be made sufficiently stable and still have a soft spring characteristic on the hook received so that the hook can easily be pushed out by hand so far that the spindle running part can be removed. Will in such an arrangement the radially resilient locking hook with its carrier and the fork-shaped plate Made from one piece, the result is a particularly simple and stable one Hook securing. Such a one-piece securing means can be Manufacture and harden from spring steel sheet without difficulty.

In the eyelets 3a of the hook carrier 3, the securing hook 5 is pivotably mounted in a known manner, which in the operating position engages over the whorl 6a of the whorl 6 of the spindle barrel part and is swiveled clockwise by hand on its outer handle part when the spindle barrel part is to be removed. The operating position of the hook is secured by the preponderance of the outer handle part compared to the inner hook part. The further annular groove 2d on the spindle flange 2a, shown in dash-dotted lines in FIGS. 1 and 3, is provided if, in a manner similar to the hook attachment, the attachment of a whirl brake is provided, the brake carrier of which is also provided with a gauze-shaped plate and is held in the annular groove 2d. The fastenings of the whorl brake at the front and the securing hook at the rear do not interfere with each other. It is also possible to arrange both fork-shaped plates directly one above the other in the same annular groove. In Fig. 4, the spindle bearing housing 42 is provided above the spindle flange 42a with two parallel transverse grooves 42b4,42b2 into which the plate 44 is inserted with its radially resilient forks 44a, 44b. The fork ends are provided with lugs 44c, which lie behind the transverse grooves on the tubular housing part and thus prevent the fork-shaped plate from being pulled out accidentally. Such a hook securing device does not require any further securing against rotation, which is generally still required when using annular grooves and which is provided in FIGS. 1 and 5. In FIGS. 5 and 6, the hook carrier 53, to which the hook 55 is bent, is extended downward to form a loop 53a, to which the horizontal fork-shaped plate 54 is connected. The whole part is made of hardened sheet steel. The resilient hook carrier 53, which is extended by the loop 53a, can be pressed radially outward by hand on the hook 55 until the whorl collar 56 is free to be pulled off. A bead 53b pressed out on the edge between the plate 54 and loop 53a, which engages in an inclined recess 52b of the spindle flange 52a, takes over the protection against rotation of the plate. FIG. 7 shows a hook carrier 73 which, similar to that of FIG. 6, is connected to the fork-shaped plate 74 via an extension loop 73a. The upper end of the carrier terminates in a gripping lug 73b. The hook 75 is welded to the carrier, but under certain circumstances can also be stuck out of the carrier 73 and bent. The grip lug 73b facilitates the radial bending out of the hook by hand. The securing part shown in FIG. 7, consisting of the plate 74 and the carrier 73, has the advantage that it can be used for different spindle shapes, because only the same or different hooks have to be welded to the carrier 73 at different heights. In Fig. 8 has. the spindle flange 82a has an upper shoulder 82b on which an annular collar 82b2 provided with a conical bore and with an external thread is worked. The ball bearing 88 seated on the spindle shaft 87 is surrounded by a rubber sleeve 89 which is attached to the annular collar 82: h :. The screwed-on cap 82c is compressed and thereby holds the bearing 88 together with the spindle barrel in the operating position. The lower end face 82c1 of the cap forms with the flange shoulder 82b1 and the. The annular collar 82b2 together forms an annular groove 82b in which the fork-shaped plate 84, which forms one piece with the hook carrier 83, is held. The closure cap 82c is dimensioned in the example shown so that the height of the annular groove 82b allows the fork-shaped plate 84 to be pushed in when the closure cap is screwed on, with the inner base of the closure cap at the top. rests on the annular collar 82b2. The closure .-, appe 1-, anaa. but also be dimensioned in such a way that their bottom in the screwed state is still at a small distance from the collar and their end face 82cl rests on the fork-shaped plate. To pull out the spindle barrel part, the cap 82c is unscrewed from the collar 82b2 with the aid of a special key.
A pivotable hook 85 is again mounted on the carrier 83, which is shown in FIG Operating position overlaps the whorl collar 86a.
