A main aim of the invention is to avoid all these drawbacks and to make it possible simultaneously with sufficient for the construction of the supporting structure of the building Take measures to achieve good acoustics. Substantial savings can be made in this way, and extensive trials have tended to make the Using components according to the invention makes it possible to achieve acoustic improvements that have no relation to the results are inferior, which can be achieved by using the sound-absorbing boards and plates that have been used up to now or similar facing materials currently available at reasonable prices.
Ein gemäß der Erfindung hergestelltes monolithisches Bauelement der genannten Art ist im wesentlichen dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß direkt in dem Bauelement an durjenigen Fläche, welche einen von Geräuschen erfüllten Raum abgrenzt, mehrere Aussparungen von geringer Tiefe vorgesehen sind, die an der-Außenfläche des Bauelements münden, ohne sich erheblich zu verengern, wobei diest Aussparungen nahezu vollständig mit einem weichen porösen Füllmaterial gefüllt sind, und wobei die Tiefe der Aussparungen höchstens etwa einem Fünftel der Dicks desA monolithic building element made in accordance with the invention of the type mentioned is essentially characterized in that directly in the component at that surface which delimits a room filled with noise, several recesses of shallow depth are provided on the outer surface of the component open without narrowing significantly, the cutouts almost completely with a soft porous filling material are filled, and the depth of the recesses at most about one fifth of the thickness of the

Fig. 9 gibt als Beispiel eine graphische Darstellung der akustischen Eigenschaften eines Bauelements der in Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigten Art wieder0 Fig. 9 shows as an example a graphical representation of the acoustic properties of a device of the type shown in Fig. 1 and 2 again 0
The device shown in Figures 1 and 2 comprises a monolithic one Body 10 made of a cell-shaped artificial rock-like material, embedded in the reinforcements 11 are, so that the component can bridge relatively large distances between carriers, supported by the ends of the component and that the component can absorb significant loads, with only negligible deflection. The material of the body 10 is preferably cellular lightweight concrete, the density of which is lower is considered to be that of pure water. This also applies to all other structural elements described below, but it should be noted that that one can also use other cell-shaped artificial rock-like materials for the production of the monolithic bodies could use.
Wie im folgenden näher erläutert, soll das Bauelement nach Fig. 1 und 2 in der Weise verwendet werden, daß die Seitenfläche 12 ohne Verwendung einer zusätzlichen Verkleidung einen Teil einer Decke oder gegebenenfalls einer V/andflache bildet, um einen Raum, z.B. eine Fabrikhalle, abzugrenzen, in dem störende Geräusche auftreten können, so daß es in hohem Maße erwühscht ist, eine schallschluckende Decken- oder Wandfläche vorzusehen,, Eine gewöhnliche ebene Fläche eines Bauelements derAs explained in more detail below, the component according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is to be used in such a way that the side surface 12 forms part of a ceiling or possibly a V / and surface without the use of additional cladding, to delimit a room, e.g. a factory hall, in which disturbing noises can occur, so that it is highly desirable is to provide a sound-absorbing ceiling or wall surface ,, An ordinary flat surface of a building element of the

lieh zu verbessern.lent to improve.
.For this purpose, the surface 12 of the body 10 is used a plurality of a small run having grooves 13 provided, which extend parallel to the longitudinal axis of the member, and their linden on the narrow sides 10 'of the body 10 are open. In the grooves 13 fillings 14 are then made of a soft and porous Material arranged in any suitable manner in their " be held in position, e.g. by gluing and / or mechanical Friction between the fillings and the walls of the grooves. The butene 13 are placed in the relevant area of the body 10. preferably so incised. e.g. with the help of milling or Saw tools that on the bottom and the side walls of each groove open pore spaces are present, which not only improve the acoustic effect to a certain extent, but also the in First and foremost, it helps to keep the fillings 14 in their position keep. .
In Fig. 1 and 2' 'are those provided with the fillings Grooves 13 at regular intervals across the surface 12 of the component distributed, and all the grooves are the same width and depth. In each case, the grooves can alternately be given a different width, as is the case in FIG. 3 with regard to the grooves 15 and 16 is shown with the soft fillings 17 and 18, or the grooves can alternately have a different depth

Furthermore, one could the surface 12 provided with grooves for receiving fillings, which are both "with respect to their .Breite and with respect to their Distinguish depth. If one provides at least two sets of grooves with different dimensions, it turns out that the range of the absorbed sound frequencies increases, but it is usually sufficient to provide grooves with the same dimensions, the dimensions of the grooves being carefully chosen so that they together with a suitable soft and porous filling material cause maximum sound attenuation within the frequency range that is physiologically the most harmful to the human ear.
Die Füllung 14 wird durch einen relativ dicken Streifen aus verfilzt er Ges.teinswolle gebil-der auf eine solche Breite zugeschnitten worden ist» daßThe grooves 13, 15, 16, 19 and 20 all have only one very small depth, i.e. their depth does not need to be greater than about 25 mm in any case, so that the depth of the groove is always considerable is less than one fifth the thickness of the body 10, and that the strength of the component is not significantly affected will; consequently there is no problem to arrange the reinforcements 11 in a suitable manner; preferably all grooves, as already mentioned, have approximately the same breadth and depth. The fillings 14, 17, 18, 21 and 22 have cross-sectional dimensions that are chosen so that they fill the associated grooves almost completely, but do not protrude beyond the plane of the surface 12 of the component 10. This is particularly evident from Fig; 5 where fillings are more different Art are shown. The filling 14 is formed by a relatively thick strip of felted Ges.teinswolle has been cut to such a width 'that
25'aus Asbest.fasern bestehto it "when inserted into the groove 13 of square cross-section is slightly compressed in the lateral direction. In the second groove" the mill consists of a double-folded, relatively wide strip 23 of matted cotton wool. In the third hat there is a filling , which is formed by a strip 24 of a soft foamed plastic with open pores? the fourth groove contains a filling,. those made from a soft porous strand. 25'aus Asbest.fasern consists o
Folg. 5 also shows that the grooves, e.g. the right side, may have side walls that face towards slightly converge on the mouth of the groove so that the fillings can be held better} in any case the groove should only narrow slightly towards the outside, and indeed partially because the webs running between the grooves of the body 10 otherwise break out easily, and in part because the grooves are too narrow it could be difficult on the outside to insert the fillings quickly and easily into the grooves «·
Gemäß Fig. 6 sind Vertiefungen mit zwei verschiedenen \It is true from a manufacturing point of view shown that it is' particularly useful to provide grooves which extend in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the component, but it should be noted that one can also provide differently arranged recesses of shallow depth, in which fillings from a soft porous material are arranged. This can be seen, for example, from Figures 6 and 7: In this case, the building element is monolithic 10 provided with numerous circular depressions 28 and 29, • those arranged on the surface facing the room in question are. According to Fig. 6, depressions with two different \

Diameters provided, but one could also use depressions of the same diameter. In the shallow ones Openings are suitable fillings 30 and 31 arranged so that the openings are almost completely filled; These fillings consist of a soft, porous material, just as in the case of the arrangements described with reference to FIG. 5.
As can be seen from the drawings, it turns out to be used to achieve the most favorable acoustic effect possible expedient, the grooves or depressions provided with fillings essentially uniformly over the outer surface of the component to distribute and to ensure that the grooves or depressions take up a significant part of the area concerned, and while at least a third of the area, occupy ', on the other hand it is of course necessary to ensure that the between the grooves or depressions remaining ridges or the like, which consist of the cellular and quite sensitive Material of the body 10 are made, not too thin and fragile. At least when the body 10 consists of a Cell-shaped lightweight concrete, it can be dangerous to form the webs or the like so that their thickness is less than about 12.5 mm. It should also be noted that the webs or the like between the containing the filler material Grooves or depressions protrude outwards, act as reinforcing ribs and increase the strength of the component.

An example of the surprisingly good sound absorption ability to give which can be achieved with a monolithic load-bearing component according to the invention is shown in FIG. 9 the absorption coefficient for a cellular lightweight concrete slab with grooves on one side, such as it was described with reference to Figs. 1 and 2, the width each groove is about 16 mm and the depth is about 20 mm; here the width of the webs between adjacent grooves is equal to Groove width. The curve A drawn as a solid line gives the sound absorption at different sound frequencies for the case again that the grooves are filled with felted stone wool contain. The dashed curve B applies in the event that the same grooves contain a filling that consists of a soft one foamed plastic consists for comparison, the dash-dotted curve C illustrates the sound absorption for the Case that there was no filler material in the grooves. The diagram in Fig. 9 clearly shows that the soft porous filling in the grooves leads to a significant improvement in sound absorption within the frequency range that is usually used considered to be the most harmful area for the human ear
