Vorrichtung zur Halterung von Muttern, insbesondere Mutternkätig
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur
Halterung von Gewindemuttern, insbesondere einen Muttern--
käfig. Diese Vorrichtungen dienen z.8. zur °'BlindbefestiZung"
von Muttern und damit von anderen Bauteilen mit einer
nur von einer Seite aua zudMn$lichen Montageflüche, z.B.
an einer Wand eines allseitig geschlossenen Gehäuses oder
dga. . .
Es sind bereits Vorrichtungen der genannten Art bekannt,
,
die hinsichtlich der Blndbefestigung, der Anbringurgs-
gen auigtceit Land der Sicherheit gegen Hindurchfallen in
der zur AnbrinZung bestimmen Öffnung zufriodenztellende
Ergebnisse litfern. In diese('Zusamenhang sind z.B.
die in der Praxis verbrei toten Haltevorrichtungen
nach den franz. Patentschriften 1 1$3 902 und 1 210
2$3
zu nennen.
Die genannten Haltevorrichtungen sind in ihrer Anivendungs-
möglicbl-relt jedoch b^schräakt und vor allem auch nicht zur
Befestigung von vergleichsweise schweren Bauteilen geeignet,
die eine entsprechende Verspannung in deh Schraubverbindungen,
d.h, eine vergleichsweise hohe Zugfestigkeit diasör-Verz-
bindungen erfordern. Auch die hohen Belastungen beim
Anziehen solcher Schraubverbindungen mit hoher Vorrpannung
können vors den bekannten Haltevorrichtu;en kaum äufgs=
nommcn worden. Allgemein ist also festzustellen, daß die
bekannten Haltevorrichtungen der vorliegenden Art für
nocinwertige Verbindungen wenig geeignet sind.
Aufgabe der Erfindung Ist die Schaffurz einer Haltevor-
richtung für Muttern, bei welcher die vortoilWton Eigen-
schaften der Mutternkäfige na-eh den franz.. Patentschriften
1 183 902 und 1 210 263 aufrechterhalten sind, die
andererseits aber eine verbesserte P estigkeit aufweist
und fUr die Halterung schwerer Gegenstände geeignet ist.
Die zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe-erfindungsgemäß angogobeno
Haltevorrichtung kennzeichnet sich hauptsächlich durch
zwei seitliche, eine Schwonkaehse bildende Ansätze,
die mit Abstand von dem die Mutter aufnehmenden Teil der
Haltevorrichtung angeordnet sind.
Von der Vorrichtung mach der franz. Patentschrift 1 210 263
bewahrt. die neue Haltevorrichtung die Anordnur@, zweier
DurchbrechurGen, nämlich einer ArbeitsbffnunZ einerseits
und einer Einsetzbffnung andererseits. Erstere stellt die
Durchbreehuyng der Montagewand oder clgl. zum Durchgriff der
mit der Mutter zu verbindenden Schraube dar, wehrend; letztere
ebenfalls in der Montagewand befindlich ist und zum Einsetzen
der Haltevorrichtung bzw. des Nutterifigs an die Rückseite

der Montagewand zur Herstellung der Blindbefestigung dient.
Im Vergleich zu der Haltevorrichtung nach der franz. Patent-
sohrift 1 1$3 902 ergeben sich folgende Vorteilen
m unverminderte Festigkeit der Haltevorriehturka im
Bereich der Schraubverbindung, wobei dis R3eigun r
zum Auftreten von ErmUdurV$rissen bei Wechselbc
lastuni. durch die runde Form der Ausnehmung beseitigt
ist;

der Kraftübertragung beim Anziehen der Schraubver-
bindung;
freizügige Anordnung der Einsetzöffnung in der Uwgebung
der Arbeitsöffnung in einer Richtung, die möglJhsto
Geringhaltung der Werkstoffwgannungen zulKBt;
weitgehende VeratärkungamUglichtceit der altevor-
richtuim Bereich der Kraftübertragung beim An-
ziehen der Schraubverbindung;
m Verteilungsmöglichkeit der Übertragenen Kräfte ,auf
einen größere Oberfläche.
Von der HaltovorrichtunOmch der franz-. Patentechrift'
1 183 902 behält die neue Iia.ltteverrichturZ @dae -Einhen
über die Ränder der. Arbeitsöffnung sowie das Enh#en unter
dem Rand der Einsetzöffnung. .
Im Vergleich zu der Haltevorrichtung .nach der frag... Paent-
achrift 1 210 26. -ergeben sich folgende Vorteiles .

von f°ür verstärkte Befestigunen erforderlichen
schweren Verschraubuen ermüßliaht;

Abgesehen von den_ genannten Merkmalen und Eigenschaften
kann die erfindungsgemäße Haltevorrichtung hoch in fo1gezder
Weise ausgestaltet werdens
Die Hältevorrichtui29 stützt sich über einen lare,eotreckten
Grunarörper oder eine Platine Sogen die Rückseite dar
Montagetjand ab, wobei. der Grundhörper mit einer ebenfalls
lan(,,Gestrecl@ten,9 gegenüber der Stützfläche Isorrltav gew131bten
Rippe versehen ist. Durch diesd-i%usbilduwird nicht nur
eine Schwächung der Naltövorrichtung im Bereich der
Verbindungsstelle vermieden, sondern auch eine Verstärkung
des gesamten Grundkörpers erreicht, die zu hochfesten
Verbindungen entsprechend den genormten Wahntbelaaturtgs-
werten für Schraubverbindungen führt. Durch Einsetzen
der
Mutter in eine entsprechende Auanehmarg der Rippe wird
außerdem eine Lagesicherung in RipperIRng sriahtung erreicht.
Quer zur Ungsrichtuna der Rippe wird. die in ihre Halterung
eingesetzte Mutter durch abgewinkelte Randabschnitte des
Grundkörpers gehalten. In der dritten Rauiwcichtung, d.h.
senkrecht zur Montagefläche, kann die eingesetzte Mutter
durch aberialiges Abwinkeln der Randabschnitte um 90o
nach innen gesichert werden. Die Randabrohni,tte erhalten
zweclcnäflig Trapeztorm, so das' ein Höchat=B an- Starrheit
.-
und Biegefestigkeit: im Bereich des Obergangs zum Grund-
körper erzielt wird.
Die abgewinkelten Randabschnitte des Grundkörpers und
die Flar@cenabschnitte der konkaven Rippe haben
insgesamt zur Folge, daß die eingesetxto Mutter auch gegen
Drehbewegung beim Anziehen und Lösen der Schraubverbindung
gesichert ist. Dies Ist besonders beim Lösen der Schraubver-
bindung und vor allem bei etwa eingetretener Xorrossion.

seitens der Schraubverbindung entfällt und die Murr unter
erheblichem Drehmoment auf eine Verbiegung und Aufweitung .

vorrichtung durch besondere Wideretandefceit aus,
da die Mutter in dem Hinschnitt der Rippe klauenartig
gefaßt ist und das Drehmoment von den vergleichsweise
biegeweichen und zum Aufwehen neigenden Randabaohnitten
den Grundkörpers ferngehalten wird.
Die Erfindung wird weiter an-tm~nd des in den Zeichnungen
dargestellten htuhrungeboispieles erläutert. Hierin

Heia Ausführungsbeispiel ist eine aus Metall bestehende»
viereckige Mutter i in den Käfig 2 allseitig gesichert
und in unlösbarer Verbindung eingesetzt. Der Käfig 2 kann
-aus beliebigem Werkstoff hergestellt. werden, sofern dieser
die erforderlichen Festigkeits- und Elaatizitätseigen-
schat'ten aufweist bzw. durch entsprechende Behandlung mit
diesen versehen werden kann.
Die MuStar wird beiderseits von abgominkeäten Randabschnitten
3 und 4 den langgestreckten Grundkörpers des Käfigs 2
gehalten, wobei die Enden 5 und 6 der Randabschnitte
wiederum entsprechend: der tdutternhöhe nach innen abgewinkelt
sind und für die lagesicherutg der Mutter senkrecht zur
Montagefläche sorgen. Im Grundkörper des Käfigs ist eine -
gegenUber der ritontagefläche konkav gewölbte Rippe 15
eingeprägt, welche eine durch zwei parallele Schnitt-
flächen 7, 8 begrenzte, die Mutter 1 aufnehmende
Aussparung aufweist. Der Abstand der Schnittflächen ? und
8 entspricht der Schlüsselweite der Mutter, so daß diese
klauenartig Sefaßt und sowohl gegen Verschiebung in
Rippenlängsrichtung wie auch gegen Verdrehung gesichert
ist. In Fig. 4 ist die Rippe 15 mit Blickrichtung auf ihre
Hohlseite dargestellt-
Am Grundkörper des Käfigs sind seitlich nasenförmige
Ansätze 9 und 10 derart abgewinkelt, daß ihr Abstand
von
der Ebene der Grundkörpers etwa der Stärke der Montage-
wand entspricht:

weiter unten erläutert.
Eine ringförmige Ausprtdgung l2. umgibt eine der Gewinde-
bohrung-der Mutter entsprechende Öffnung ist Grundkörper
des Käfigs -und sorgt fair die Zentrierung sowie-
Verriegelung des Kafiga in bezug auf die Arbeitsöffnung.
Auf diese Weise ist jede Verschiebung zwischen der Mutter
und der Montagefläche nach erfolgtem Einsetzen des Käfigs
ausgeschlossen.
In der Montagewand äst in passendem Abstand von der zum
Durchgriff-der nicht dargestellten Schraube dienenden
Arbeitsöffnung 14 eine reähteckäge Einsetzöffnung 13
zum Birfülhren des Käfigs angeordnet:
Das Einsetzen des Käfigs mit Mutter geht wie folgt vor sich:
Gemäß Fig. 6 wird der Käfig zunächst durch die rechteckige
Öffnung 13 gefUhrt, wobei ein unbcab.*htigtes Durchfallen
-von den als Sicherung wirkenden Ansätzen 9 und 10 vor-
'hindert wird, welche seitlich über die Rinder der Öffnung
33 hinausragen. Die über die Ansätze 9 und 10 gemassene
Gesamtbreite der Käfigs äst größer 31s die Diagomle der-
Öffnung 13 bemessen, so daß auch bei ungUnstigster

ein Durchfallen. des Käfigs ausgeschlossen ist. Durch
Schwenken des Käfigs im Sinne des unteren Pfeiles in
Fig. ? um eine durch die Ansätze 9s 10 gebildete Quer-
achse gelangt der Käfig zur Anlage an der Rückseite der
Montagewand .-Diese Sahwenltung kann durch Druck äuf den
Endabschnitt 11 des Käfigs in Richtung des oberen Pfeiles
in Fig. 7 z.B. mittels der Spitze einen Schraubenziehers
erreicht werden. Anschließend wird die Spitzi- des
Schraubenziehers gemUB Fig. 8 gegen die Endflanke im
Innenraum der Rippe 15 eingeführt. Durch Druck auf den
Schraubenzieher In Richtung des obren Pfeiles. in FiG. 8
wird der Kä£ig nunmehr in seiner Esrichtung derart
verschoben (s. unterer Pfeil in Fig. 8)» daB der Abschnitt
16 des GrundkUrpe rs über den Längsrand abrpf fnung 13 .

schiebung des Käfigs rastet die ringförmige Auswölbung

ist der Käfig samt eingesetzter Mutter nach allen Richtungen
.formschlüssig mit der Montagewand verriegelt.
Die Verbindung zwischen KRfig und Montagewand kann in
ebenso einfacher Weise mit Hilfe eines Schraubenziehers
wieder gelöst werden. Dabei laufen die Montagebewegungen
gemäß Fig. 6 bis 8 entsprechend umgekehrt ab. .
