Description

Photographic lens with variable focal length The invention is based on the task of providing a photographic lens with variable focal length for das.Kleinbild-2 format 24 x 36 mm with the opening "f : 4 and a B: # expansion range of about 85 # c- fg 250 It is known to build objectives of variable focal length from four action groups, namely a converging first lens group (A), a diffusing second lens group (B), a diffusing third lens group (C) and a converging fourth lens group ( D), whereby the change in the focal length is effected in that the two diverging lens groups (B and C) are displaced relative to one another and relative to the two converging lens groups (A and D) along the optical axis According to the invention it is proposed to build a lens intended for the stated purpose so that the combination of the following features e The following is filled: a) The converging first lens group consists of at least three lenses, namely a meniscus-shaped diffusing front lens which is hollow-curved towards the diaphragm and at least two converging lenses; the members of the first lens group are all bent in such a way that for each of these members the relationship b v - b h > 0 exists (bv = refractive power of the front, b h refractive power of the rear glass-air surface of the relevant member); the focal length (f A) of the first lens group lies within the limits 0.66-f M and 1.0.f.

wobei f M die max--'Lmale Brennweite des Gesamtobjektivs bedeutet.where f M is the maximum focal length of the lens as a whole.

The second group of divergent lenses contains three members, namely a meniscus-shaped diffuser member which is hollowly curved towards the diaphragm, a biconcave diffusing composite member which consists of two cemented lenses of opposite refractive power, and a meniscus-shaped collector member which is hollowly curved towards the diaphragm; the air space between the two last-mentioned members lies within the limits - 0205 - f B and 0.30 - fB) where f B is the focal length of the second lens group; the radii of the surfaces delimiting this air space are both within the limits --0950 - f B and - 2100 - f B * c) The diffusing third lens group consists of a meniscus-shaped diffusing composite member that is raised to the diaphragm and consists of two lenses cemented together opposite refractive power is composed.

d) Die sammelnde vierte Linsengruppe enthält die Aperturblende. d) The collecting fourth lens group contains the aperture stop.

e) Zwischen den Brennweiten f., f BI f Cl fD der einzelnen Linsengruppen und der maximalen Brennweite f des M Gesamtobjektives besteht die Beziehung - f B < 1,6-f D < f A < f M < - f C. e) The relationship between the focal lengths f., f BI f Cl fD of the individual lens groups and the maximum focal length f of the overall M objective is - f B < 1.6-f D <f A <f M < - f C.
