The invention relates to a drill for producing boreholes in building materials, consisting of a Drill shaft and a separate drill head that can be placed on this.
A drill is known which consists of a drill shaft and a captive drill head placed thereon consists «The head is formed by hard metal cutting. The cutting edges are now completely worn out or even broken out, they must be replaced by new ones. At least the drill shaft can still do it can still be used, but the replacement of the drill head can usually not be done on the spot because the necessary facilities are lacking there. Renewing is then also with circumstances connected if only the cutting edges have to be reground. Such a drill is therefore expensive and awkward to use. In addition, often occurs with the described drill when pulling out the in the borehole stuck drill on a disadvantageous borehole enlargement, which a secure attachment for example a dowel in question.
Weiterhin ist ein aus einer Platine durch Einrollen hergestellter selbstbohrender Dübel bekannt, Biese*» besteht aus einem Aufnahmeteil, der mit Bohrkronen ver*· sehen ist und einem davon durch eine Ringnut getrennten»Furthermore, a self-drilling dowel produced from a blank by rolling is known, piping * » consists of a receiving part, which is connected with drill bits can be seen and one of them separated by an annular groove »

After completing the dowel hole, the receiving part provided with an expanding cone and the Driver part broken off from the receiving part inserted in the hole on the annular groove. It acts accordingly is not a drill in the usual sense, but a dowel for anchoring parts to masonry or the like, with which a hole to accommodate it can be drilled.
The invention is based on the object of a drill to create where regrinding can be omitted ·. P There is no need for a complex and cumbersome connection between the drill head and the drill shank.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the drill head placed on the drill shank opposite the drill shank secured against rotation, but is easily detachably connected in the axial direction with this. In order to it is now possible to drill a hole of any depth, wherein after the end of the drilling process, the drill head in Borehole remains. In the solution according to the invention, there is therefore no need for a complex and cumbersome connection between the drill head and the drill shank. There are * only precautions to secure against twisting of the drill head to meet the drill shank. In addition, the handling of the drill according to the invention is simplified in that the drill head does not more has to be taken out of the borehole '. There is also a disadvantageous enlargement of the borehole not on. In the solution according to the invention a new drill head is required for each hole to be drilled * However, this is in contrast to the known Drills are not a disadvantage. As a result of wear of the drill head it is almost behind anyway every drilled hole required the cutting links to regrind, 'The associated inconvenience,

Finally, in the case of the invention, compared to these known drill heads, which are made of expensive material consist, the drill head according to the invention consist of a cheaper material whose stability only has to be sufficient for the duration of the hole to be drilled.
Embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing and are described in more detail below.

■'"■-..".'■ .■■"-'■■ :;■ '" ■ ■". FIG. 3 shows the recess 2 a, which is made in the drill head 3 and corresponds to the cross section 2 of the shaft H, so that the drill head 3 can be plugged onto the end 2 of the shaft 4. Such an arrangement of the drill head 3 is shown in dashed lines in FIG. Of course, the cross section of the recess in the drill head 3 can also have a different oval shape 2b shown in FIG. In this case, the cross section of the shaft P end would also have to have this shape. A safeguard against twisting of the drill shaft with respect to the drill head is achieved by the known, above-mentioned cross-sections, the easily detachable connection of the drill shaft to the drill head being ensured . ■ '"■ - ..".' ■. ■■ "- '■■:;■'" ■ ■ ".
As can be seen from FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, the basic shape of the drill head 3, which is cylindrical in itself, shows segment-like flattened areas 3a and 3b. The purpose of these is to better discharge the drilling dust via the flutes. Figures 6 and 7 show a hollow drill. This consists of a tubular shaft 5, the one. Slot 6 for .Aabuhr the drilling dust, as well as a driver 7 for use in a tool holder. With a drill bit sleeve 8 is designated. This has four webs, of which the webs 9 and 10 can be seen in FIG. The minimum number of three webs offers an equally good centering of the drill bit sleeve 8 on the shank 5 on the shaft 5 with • this come into engagement. The shank 5 and the drill bit sleeve 8 can be made either from a tube or by punching out and rolling in a plate.
