SpulmaschineDishwasher
The invention relates to a winding machine with a spinning cops from the spinning machine directly feeding and one returning the ejected tubes to the spinning machine Transport device.
Already in the German patent 543 410 a device has been described in which the Spinning cops from the spinning machine were fed directly to the winding machine for the rewinding process, to make work easier. For further automation it has then been proposed also provide a transport device to the ejected from the winding machine tubes to Attributed to the spinning machine, so that the sleeves are practically circulated, so that neither different tubes of the spinning machine nor bobbins of different yarn of the winding machine could be fed. The invention is based on the object of this as a spinning-winding machine to perfect the machine combination referred to, not only to manual intervention to be switched off as completely as possible during the spinning or winding process, but also on the transport route. This is achieved according to the invention in that in a known manner in the ejected Sleeves to the spinning machine returning transport device a sorting device for selection wound sleeves is arranged with a winding of a predetermined minimum size and that one the selected sleeves automatically via a device known per se for preparing the beginning of the thread further transport device leading back to the winding machine is provided and that in which the remaining tubes with or without remaining winding remnants leading to the spinning machine transport device a known device for removing the winding remainder is arranged.
By the combination according to the invention it is achieved on the one hand that the spinning machine only those Sleeves are fed that no longer have any winding residues. On the other hand, it is avoided that on the sleeves ejected from the winding machine, there may still be winding residues must always be removed under all circumstances and must therefore be regarded as waste. It will rather, a choice is made between those sleeves whose winding remnants require further processing no longer makes it appear worthwhile, and those sleeves in which the remainder of the winding is sufficient Has size, so that it is worthwhile to unwind this amount of yarn. To do this unwinding in to enable an automatic winding machine, applicant:

As a result, the combination according to the invention makes it a spinning-winding machine created that not only makes every manual intervention superfluous, but also the The profitability of the textile company is increased by the fact that only insufficiently unwound spinning heads are immediately fed back to the winding machine.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the figures.
F i g. 1 zeigt schematisch die Kombination einer Spinnmaschine 1 mit einer Spulmaschine 2 sowie Sortiereinrichtungen 3 und 4 mit der Vorrichtung 5 zum Bereitlegen des Fadenanfanges der zur Spulmaschine 2 zurückgeförderten, gefüllten Hülsen und der Reinigungsvorrichtung 6 zur Entfernung der Wickelreste von den Hülsen.F i g. 1 shows schematically the combination of a spinning machine 1 with a winding machine 2 as well Sorting devices 3 and 4 with the device 5 for laying the beginning of the thread ready for the winding machine 2 returned, filled tubes and the cleaning device 6 for removing the Winding remnants from the sleeves.
The spinning cops formed on the spinning machine 1 are transported by the conveyor belt 7 which α around the guide rollers 7 and Ib is guided to the winding machine 2 and discharged there to empty winding units. The empty tubes ejected by the winding machine 2 are fed via the discharge path 9, 9 a to the conveyor belt 10, which in turn feeds the empty tubes to the spinning machine 1. According to the exemplary embodiment, two sorting devices are arranged in the discharge path 9 of the tubes conveyed back from the winding machine 2 to the spinning machine 1. The first sorting device 3 selects the rewinding reels that can still be rewound, that is to say those sleeves which are provided with a winding of a predetermined minimum size. These rewindable pay-off bobbins arrive in a device 5 for preparing the pay-off bobbins for the unwinding process, the beginning of the thread being the drainage

The tubes returned to the spinning machine are not grown out by the sorting device 3, a sorting device 3 for the selection of such fenen tubes reach the sorting device 4. In wound tubes arranged in a winding of this sorting device, the tubes 2 β will have a predetermined minimum size, i.e. the thrown, which can be unwound again on the winding machine with a no longer unwound, winding remnants are provided. The winding size is determined by means of a probe 35 in the illustrated embodiment. If there is still an unwindable winding, for example a photoelectric button, a so-called rest on the sleeve - as in the illustrated photocell control, provided. Of the Lichtten embodiment - the probe beam of light delivered is lifted influenced 301. Toggle source 401 (Fig. 2) and closes the contact pair 302. The con- depending on whether a winding residue contacts on the sleeve 2 e 302 first close the electrical circuit 40 is present or not, more or less that of a power source 303 to a magnet 304, which photocell 402. This photocell 402 controls a switch via the lever arm 305, the sleeves 2 d with the converting device 403, the circuit from the current coil the discharge path 9 laterally source 404 to the magnet 405 closes. As soon as it pushes down. This sleeve 2 d falls into a shaft, this magnet 405 is excited, so if a sleeve 306, where it is held by a holding member 307 45 2 e with the remainder of the winding, is removed. This holding element 307 is actuated with the armature of a launcher 406, which is connected to the magnet 308 with the remainder of the winding. While the wound provided sleeve 2 e pushes into the shaft 407. Inner sleeve is located in the shaft 306, acts on it in half of this shaft 407, the sleeve is, in a manner known per se, a disc 310 which is rotated further by a motor 309 in the holding device 408 and which also prevents the 50 from falling. This holding device 408 is set with the coil 2 d ' in revolutions. While armature connected to a magnet 409,
These rotations act on the spool, the suction nozzle Simultaneously with the excitation of the magnet 405 210, which sucks the starting thread from the winding to the power source 404 also the timer and it is connected again shortly after reversal 411, which switches on the motor 410 in the direction of rotation of the motor 309 and thus 55 tet, who winds the sleeve 2 e ' into the bobbin 2 J' at the bobbin tip via the friction disk 410 α. These rotations are offset. With the discharge track 9, the entire device is also triggered by the contact from the deflection axis 91 via the gear train 92 pair 302, which sets a command current- a brush 93 in rotation, which the winding circuit from the power source 303 to the timer from the sleeve 2 e ' has closed ent-311 in a known manner. This time switch mechanism 311 is removed. According to the circuit for the magnet 308 and the set time, the magnet 409 is excited, motor 309, which, depending on the timer, pulls back the holding device 408 so that the mechanism 311 is connected to the power source 312 are freed from the winding residue empty tube 2 e ' through the. This timer is designed so that the shaft 407 α on the discharge path 9 α, the motor 309 can initially slide briefly in one line 65, of which they sleeve together with that emptying and then briefly in the other direction, which from the start without the winding residue were circulated so that initially the thread was not sucked out of the bobbin and thus by the sorting device 4 and then sorted at the bobbin tip, fed to the conveyor belt 10

Here, too, the discharge path 9 can be seen, on which the sleeve 2 e is fed. Furthermore, one can see the ejector 406, which is provided with a winding residue sleeve abuts 2 e in the shaft 407, in which it is held by the holding device 408 until the coil rest is removed. The empty tube then passes through the shaft 407 α onto the discharge path 9 α.
