The present invention relates to shoe insoles or foot cushions with a good cushioning effect, which at the same time also have a supporting effect on the foot, especially at the contact points of the Foot in the shoe.
The present invention relates to a multilayer shoe insole consisting of a thin one thermoplastic top layer and a thicker padding layer: made of heat fusible Plastic foam with a segment-shaped cushion serving to support the arch of the foot and optionally a preferably oval cushion that serves to support the metatarsal arch, the is characterized in that the segment-shaped cushion only with the cover layer through the Heat fusion seams are connected and the top layer on the opposite of the arch of the foot Side has an approach, under which the underlay and between the cushion is, wherein the upholstery with the attachment and · the underlayer by means of the heat fusion seam and with the Padding layer is connected by means of the heat fusion seam in such a way that the heat fusion seams interact in a hinge-like manner.
The various cushions of the shoe insole are preferably made of a thermoplastic Foam with connected cells. Furthermore, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cover layer is provided with perforations in a manner known per se.
These new insoles or foot cushions support and cushion the foot in a particularly effective way in all the places where it rests in the shoe. They are light, allow good ventilation, do not slip, do not form folds and are easy to manufacture. They can have any desired shape, for example as a Vi or 3 A insoles.
The present invention is illustrated by the embodiment shown in the drawing, for example marked in more detail, namely shows -

The entire cover layer 1 with the exception of the approach 3 is underlaid with a bottom layer 4 made of cushioning material. This cushion layer is preferably made of a foam with interconnected cells, which for a Provide adequate ventilation and the pumping effect caused by walking an additional one Deliver upholstery effect. Such a cushion layer with connected cells exercises along with the holes in the top layer have an additional shock-absorbing effect when walking, since the Air is pushed into and out of the cushion with every step.
The cover layer 1 and the cushion layer preferably consist of a thermoplastic material, that can be easily fused by heat. To produce the cushion layer 4 are, for. B. vinyl foams, preferably from plastisols, suitable.
This plastisol can be expanded through the use of an inert gas or in some other way and then hardened in this state,
