Process for the production of electrical insulating parts from synthetic resin
The invention relates to a method for producing electrical insulating parts
made of synthetic resin, in which initially one of the external shape of the part to be produced
corresponding hollow molding of thin wall thickness pressed for itself and the cavity
this molding is then poured out with synthetic resin, which is when it hardens
connects with the molding to form a body.
It is known in synthetic resin bodies made by casting
to cast built-in parts. The invention is based on the object of pouring
of built-in parts in the production of electrical insulating bodies according to the introduction
mentioned method to accomplish in a simple manner so that the desired location
of the built-in part to be poured in relative to the wall of the molding when pouring the synthetic resin
in the molding and during the subsequent hardening of the synthetic resin
remain. Displacements of the built-in part during the manufacturing process would be a
Failure to manufacture the insulator mean.
The invention solves the problem in that the method
of the type discussed here built-in parts by pressing with the wall of the molding
be attached. This is thinner in the case of a molding to be produced by pressing
Easy to achieve wall thickness in one pressing process. The connection of the built-in part
with the wall of the molding becomes extremely solid. It is permanent and guaranteed,
that scrap is to be avoided completely when casting the insulator.
Einbauteile dienen. The molding is expediently made from fibrous materials (glass, mineral, asbestos
or polyamide fibers) and synthetic resin. It is advantageous to give it a wall thickness
of 2 mm and above. He can then be good as a carrier of the pressed with him
Built-in parts are used.
The method of the invention is in the manufacture of supporters,
Bushings, suspension insulators, converters, switch and system housings, etc.
of great advantage to accommodate the most diverse types of built-in parts, such as flange fittings,
Coils, magnetic cores, etc., to be properly fixed during the manufacturing process.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht das Verfahren der Erfindung. The drawing illustrates the method of the invention.
in seiner Preßform ausgehärtet.
It represents a high-voltage post insulator produced using this process, which is characterized by great stability, high heat resistance and high resistance to rupture. To produce such an insulator, the molding 1 is first pressed in a mold by itself. Here, the flange 2 is connected to the molding in the manner that can be seen by pressing. The material for the molding is used, for. B. polyester resin with fiberglass insert. The shield rings 3 are kept thin so that they harden quickly. If thicker shield rings are required, only the outer skin is produced from them at first. After a few minutes, the molding 1 has hardened in its mold. It can then be set aside and the die can be used to press the molding for another insulator. Now the molding 1 is filled with synthetic resin 4. The upper fitting 5 is cast in with it. Likewise, the flange 2 is also further fastened by the synthetic resin 4. To produce the cavity 6, a mold core is required, which must remain there until the end of the curing time of the synthetic resin 4. Such cores are relatively cheap and can therefore be kept in stock in large numbers. They can be designed as thin-walled hollow bodies.
