Description

The patent 1126 233 describes a process for the production of a writable and printable paper that disintegrates into its constituent parts within a very short time by decomposing fillers and water-soluble binders of the usual type to form the paper base. It is characterized in that a dry fiber fleece is impregnated with an aqueous mixture of fillers and water-soluble binders in such a way that about 40 to 200 parts of binder and an equally large amount of filler are absorbed per 100 parts of fibers, then dried and, after rewetting, up to calendering a moisture content of about 3 to 10% at a temperature between 50 and 200 0 C.

The material produced in this way dissolves into its components after a short time in water, shows but the disadvantage compared to normal paper that it is difficult to burn because of the high organic content Fillers make the combustion of organic components, such as fibers and binders, very difficult.

It has now been found that a water-soluble and very easily combustible or charring Paper can be obtained if the impregnation mixture used in the above process with the Binding agents and fillers, substances that release oxygen and promote combustion, such as saltpetre (Potassium-sodium-ammonium-calcium-nitrate) and / or potassium-sodium-chlorate and perchlorate, sodium perborate and other persalts and / or nitrocelluloses (collodion wool, lacquer wool, gunwool) adds and impregnates a suitable fiber fleece with these substances and dries and that material obtained after remoistening is smoothed by calendering.

Papers of any desired weight from 30 to 150 g / m 2 are obtained and can be written on in a known manner. They dissolve into their components in water and are also particularly easily combustible and charring.

Jegliche Beschriftung ist selbstverständlich verschwunden, und es ist unmöglich, auch nur das geringsteIf such a paper is lit, just touching a glowing cigarette is sufficient for this, so the material is completely destroyed by smoldering and charring. The heavier im If the weight is one piece of paper or if there are more individual layers on top of one another (bundle of files), the faster and the burning is more intense. Only the non-flammable fillers remain back in the form of glowing ashes. Any lettering has of course disappeared, and it is impossible even the slightest

Beispiel 1example 1

A random fiber fleece made of 100% cellulose fibers with a weight of 20 g / m 2 is impregnated with a mixture consisting of:

1,5 Teilen Netzmittel.1.5 parts wetting agent.

The semi-finished material obtained after impregnation and drying, weighing about 45 g / m 2 , is smoothed after being moistened to a moisture content of about 5 fl / o on a heated calender at about 110 ° C.

The result is writing paper (carbon copy paper) which both burns very quickly after lighting or charred and disintegrates into its constituent parts in water.
