Push button switch for printed circuit board The invention
relates to pushbutton switches in conjunction with an internally illuminated pushbutton
with a printed circuit.
It is the object of the invention to provide one or more such push button switches
to be arranged on the outer edge of the insulating plate of a printed circuit, whereby
a particularly simple structure and a part-saving connection with the printed one
Circuit results that are easy to assemble and especially in mass production
is very economical to manufacture. The invention solves this problem by
that on the circumference of the pushbutton in the direction of movement there are two opposite one another
Slots are provided, by means of which the z. B. by a cross pin in their
outer position held pushbutton in a corresponding recess on the front side
Edge of the insulating plate carrying the printed circuit is performed.
This eliminates the previously usual mounting or. Guide parts for the switch or the push button. The contact springs and the latching device of the switch are attached directly to the pushbutton and their return spring also serves as a holder for the light bulb to illuminate the button. When the button is pressed, the incandescent lamp slides into an axial hole in the push button and illuminates it from the inside. Push button switches according to the invention can be used anywhere where a compact design is required for reasons of space and the usual wiring is to be replaced by a printed circuit.
The invention will then be explained with reference to the drawing of an exemplary embodiment. 1 and 2 show a view of the push button switch with part of the printed circuit from below and from above, respectively, and FIG. 3 shows a side view of FIG .
1 befestigten Bolzen 6 zusammenarbeitet. Eine an der Klinke
5 angreifende Feder 7 hält erstere in ihrer in Fig. 2 dargestellten
6
rastet in bekannter Weise beim Drücken der Taste 3
in Pfeilrichtung
in Verbindung.
mehrere
Drucktastenschalter eng nebeneinander angeordnet werden können. At the edge of the insulating plate with the printed circuit, a recess 2 is provided, in which a push button 3 made of translucent material with slots 4 is guided. A switching pawl 5, which is known per se and can be tilted and rotated, is fastened to the push button and cooperates with a bolt 6 fastened in the insulating plate 1 . A acting on the pawl 5, spring 7 holds the former in their in Fig. Starting position against a fixed in the key 3 pin 8. The pin 6 depicted 2 engaged in a known way by pressing the key 3 in the direction of arrow A in the pawl 5 and are the latter and thus the key again when the key is pressed again. In the key 3 a bore 9 is provided in which the key return spring 10 is inserted. The latter also serves to hold the incandescent lamp 11 provided for illuminating the button 3. The spring 10 firmly surrounds the incandescent lamp in the area of its base, but only loosely in the rest of the area. When the button 3 is pressed, the lamp slides into the compressed spring or into the bore 9 . The free end 12 of the spring 10 is bent laterally, hooked into a gap-shaped recess 13 and connected to an electrical connection point 14 of the printed circuit which, together with the return spring 10, forms one pole of the incandescent lamp 11 . The center pole of the incandescent lamp 11 is in contact with a contact spring 15 which is fastened to the plate 1 by the rivet head 16 of the bolt 6 . The contact spring 15 is electrically connected to a lead 17 of the printed circuit. Contact springs 18 , which work together with contact strips 20 and 21, are attached to the push button 3. The contact strips 20 and 21 are in turn connected with their free ends 22 and 23 bent through corresponding openings in the insulating plate with corresponding leads of the printed circuit. A pin 25 inserted into the key 3 and cooperating with an edge 24 of the recess 2 prevents the key from slipping out of the insulating plate 1. The electrical circuit for the incandescent lamp 11 is selected in the exemplary embodiment so that the lamp lights up when the key is pressed. It goes without saying that, depending on the requirements, several pushbutton switches can be arranged closely next to one another on the edge of the plate 1.
