Claims (6)

Ol 108 021.5 Kabushiki Kaisha Mechatro Giken Patentansprüche
1. Schutzvorrichtung, die einen einzelnen oder mehrere Metallstäbe enthält, die einen Film mit hohem Widerstand aufweisen und Durchschlagphänomene des Films mit hohem Widerstand nutzt,
dadurch gekennze ichnet, daß der Metallstab bzw. die Metallstäbe mit einem Oxidationsmittel umgeben sind. 10
2. Schutzvorrichtung, die einen einzelnen oder mehrere Metallstäbe enthält, die einen Film mit hohem Widerstand aufweisen und Durchschlagphänomene des Films mit hohem Widerstand nutzt,
dadurch gekennze ichnet, daß der Metallstab bzw. die Metallstäbe mit einem Oxidationsmittel und einem Feuerfestmittel umgeben sind.
3. Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei welcher das Ge-
0 wichtsverhältnis zwischen dem Oxidationsmittel und dem Feuerfestmittel 1:100 bis 100:1 beträgt.
4. Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, bei welcher der Hauptbestandteil der Metallmaterialien, aus denen der Metallstab hergestellt ist, entweder Molybdän, Tantal, Chrom oder Aluminium ist.
