Schaltungsanordnung zur Kompensation der Blindlast eines Prüfobjektes,
Circuit arrangement for compensating the reactive load of a test object,
z. B. a capacitively loaded test transformer It is known for compensation
the reactive load of, for example, capacitively loaded test transformers, a controllable one
To connect the choke coil of the primary winding of the transformer in parallel. Since the
Power of the choke coil for a given test object squared of the voltage
and the most precise setting possible for the compensation of cos T =
1 is to take place, the choke coil must be adjustable as finely as possible. As this
difficult to implement, one has to deal with taps or different inductor sets
that are combined in parallel or in series. Such adapters will
however, the entire test equipment is much more expensive and operation is difficult,
without the desired complete compensation of the capacitive reactive power
can be achieved with every load case. Furthermore, it has already become known
to compensate for the reactive load of a test transformer, the inductance of the test transformer
to make controllable yourself. But that means a change in the structure of the test transformer
itself, which has the disadvantage that you cannot use arbitrary test transformers
can.
The invention aims to avoid the disadvantages of these known arrangements. It relates to a circuit arrangement for compensating the reactive load of a test object, e.g. B. a capacitively loaded test transformer with the aid of a choke coil, which is e.g. B. is arranged on the primary side of the test transformer. The invention is characterized by the use of a control transformer provided in a manner known per se with two independently adjustable control taps for supplying two independently controllable circuits and by the use of a control tap for the voltage control of the test object, e.g. B. of the capacitively loaded test transformer, the other control tap, however, for setting the inductive reactive power of the self-regulating choke coil in such a way that it compensates for the capacitive reactive power of the test object. The invention enables complete compensation of the reactive power without a great deal of effort, as required by the previously known and customary compensation arrangement mentioned at the outset. It is also advantageous that any test transformer can be used in the arrangement according to the invention and, for example, a test transformer designed in a certain way is not required. In the regulating transformer used according to the invention, only the secondary winding needs to be designed for full power. The primary winding can be dimensioned for the active load dependent on the losses.
feinstufige cos 99 = Kompensation
erreichen.
An exemplary embodiment for the circuit arrangement according to the invention is shown in the circuit diagram shown in the drawing. 1 designates a regulating transformer which has a secondary winding 2 with two regulating taps 3 and 4. The control tap 3 is connected to the test object, in this case to the primary winding 5 of a high-voltage test transformer 6; The required test voltage is set with this control tap. The control tap 4 is connected to one end of a fixed choke coil 7, the other end of which is connected via the line 9 to the connecting line 8, 10 between the secondary winding 2 of the control transformer and the primary winding 5 of the high-voltage test transformer. The primary winding 11 of the regulating transformer 1 is designed as a thrust winding with parallel pitch circles. The primary voltage can be read on the voltmeter 12, the current recorded on the current measuring instrument 13 and the cos T present on the primary side on the cos 7 = measuring instrument 14. When carrying out the test tests, the desired test voltage is set by means of the control tap 3. The control tap 4 is shifted until the cos 99 = measuring instrument14 on the primary side shows the value cos (p = 1. With the circuit arrangement according to the invention, a very simple, finely stepped cos 99 = compensation can be achieved Consideration of the required margin and the required reserve designed only for the active load, which is given by the amount of total losses. In this way, significantly smaller regulating transformers can be used compared to previously. This means considerable price savings, especially with very high outputs.
