Description
The invention relates to a torsional vibration damper, in particular a split flywheel, with at least two centrifugal masses, which are against the resistance of at least two deformable energy storage elements, in particular helical compression springs, rotatable coupled by at least one coupling device which, when a first energy storage element deformed, in particular is relaxed, causes a targeted entrainment of a second energy storage element and has at least a first and a second entrainment device.

The object of the invention is to prevent unwanted shaking in the operation of a vehicle equipped with a torsional vibration damper according to the prior art motor vehicle.
The object is achieved by a torsional vibration damper with the features of
The object is with a torsional vibration damper, in particular a split flywheel, with at least two flywheels, which are rotatable against the resistance of at least two deformable energy storage elements, in particular helical compression springs, which are coupled together by at least one coupling device which, when a first energy storage element deformed, is relaxed in particular, causes a targeted entrainment of a second energy storage element and at least a first and a second entrainment has, achieved in that the first entrainment with a first coupling slide, which in turn is coupled to the first energy storage element, and the second entrainment with a second coupling slide is coupled, which in turn is coupled to the second energy storage element. When carried out in the context of the present invention tests on conventional torsional vibration dampers was found that at high speeds in alternation between tensile and shear operation, the energy storage elements remain under friction while the output part of the torsional vibration damper moves in the direction of thrust. When the speed drops, it can happen that the energy storage elements jump when a certain speed is reached. If the energy storage elements jump at different speeds, then a so-called dynamic imbalance arises between these speeds. By coupling the coupling sliding elements according to the invention with the coupling device, an undesirable stoppage or jumping of the energy storage elements can be prevented.
A preferred embodiment of the torsional vibration damper is characterized in that the coupling sliding elements are each formed by the sliding element of a plurality of sliding elements, which is first moved under tensile stress of the torsional vibration damper together with the associated energy storage element. The energy storage elements are preferably arcuate helical compression springs. The coupling sliding elements are preferably sliding shoes, which are arranged in the radial direction between the associated energy storage element and the primary flywheel or the input part of the torsional vibration damper.
A further preferred embodiment of the torsional vibration damper is characterized in that the coupling sliding elements are arranged diametrically opposite one another. This arrangement has proved to be particularly advantageous in the context of the present invention.
A torsional vibration damper according to the invention is also characterized in that the coupling sliding elements are arranged between two driving fingers, which originate from the coupling device. Instead, the coupling sliding elements may also be provided with a hole in which engages a driving finger emanating from the coupling device.
Further preferred embodiments of the torsional vibration damper are characterized in that the driver fingers extend from the coupling device radially inwardly or in the axial direction. This allows the installation of an additional internal damper.
A further preferred embodiment of the torsional vibration damper is characterized in that the coupling device comprises an annular base body, from which the driving fingers go out. Preferably, the coupling device is integrally formed as a sheet metal part.
A further preferred embodiment of the torsional vibration damper is characterized in that the annular base body has an angular cross-section. As a result, a stable mounting of the coupling device is made possible.
A further preferred embodiment of the torsional vibration damper is characterized in that the annular base body is floating between the primary flywheel of the torsional vibration damper and the sliding elements.
