Andererseits ist es erwiesen, daß als bequemste und den Körper am meisten entspannende Liegefläche deren etwa S-förmig geschwungener Verlauf empfunden wird, wobei möglichst die Gesäßpartie die tiefste Lage einnehmen soll. Um nun einerseits auch bei Faltbetten dieser Art der Liegefläche einen solchen, den Körper möglichst entspannenden Verlauf zu geben und andererseits die Möglichkeit zu haben, Neigungen der Aufstellfläche des Faltbettes auszugleichen, wird gemäß der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß mindestens im Bereich des Kopfstützengelenkes ein Paar wahlweise in ihre Gebrauchsstellung schwenkbare Ständer von unterschiedlicher Stützhöhe angeordnet ist. Es kann aber auch sowohl im Bereich des Kopfstützengelenkes als auch im Bereich des Beinstützengelenkes jeweils ein Paar solcher Ständer unterschiedlicher Stützhöhe angeordnet sein.
