Die Herstellung kunstharzgebundener Schleifkörper in einer zunächst nur mit Schleifkorn gefüllten Form, in die anschließend das flüssige Harzbindemittel zugegeben wird, erfolgt nach dem Verfahren der Patentanmeldung O3080Ib/67c in der Weise, daß das Schleifkorn einer an sich bekannten Verdichtung, z. B. durch Vibrationen und nachfolgende Pressung, unterzogen und dann das Kunstharzbindemittel aus Düsen der mit Entlüftungskanälen versehenen Form in die Hohlräume des Kornskelettes eingespritzt wird. Nach diesem Verfahren werden Schleifkörper mit einem sehr festen Gefüge erhalten; die Schleif körner liegen so dicht aneinander, daß sie sich nicht gegeneinander verschieben können.
