Description
The invention relates to a method for producing tension grids for electrical discharge vessels, in which the grid wires are smooth on two Spars having tensioning frames are wound up without fasteners, and a device for Exercise of the procedure.
There are known tension grids in which the grid wires are wound on a rigid tensioning frame that has at least two spars or similar support devices. The spars are through cross connections or other struts so connected that they form a framework that is sufficient is stable to absorb the tensile forces of the grid wires. In the process of making this Tension grid, the grid wire is continuously wound onto the frame under tension, and by soldering The winding is attached to the bars by the frame and winding wire. There are still Proposals have also been made to use glass solder or other binders for attachment. It is Attempts have also been made to attach each individual turn to the To do without Holmen and only start and end of the winding in an appropriate manner with the Fasten frame. In this case, the winding wire is only through its pitch spacing Friction held. The tensioning grids produced according to this process were put back again and again states that the individual grid wires do not have the prescribed tension, but rather often by winding Winding have different voltages and pitches, although all with the same preload were wrapped. The causes are that with continuous advance of the grid wire Due to the shape of the lattice frame, the lattice wire gradients on the bars are so unequal that Tensile forces occur, which strive to pull the grid wire out of its respective position. Since the The bars of the clamping frame are smooth, the static friction between the bar and the winding wire is not sufficient, to hold the wrapping wire in place where it was wrapped. Especially with a subsequent Soldering process in which the static friction is reduced, the grid wire displacements arise a. It therefore depends entirely on the randomness of the friction that occurs whether the winding wire is attached the prescribed place and in the prescribed direction on the spars or more or less deviates from these setpoints. These processes only occur with tension grids where the lattice wires are wound on smooth spars of a tension lattice frame.

There is also a method for producing notch grids is known in which the notches so on the Lattice bars are attached so that the lattice wire parts inserted in these notches have no slope, but the cantilever wire mesh parts have the full slope. It is also known to have notches on the To attach spars so that the slope of the cantilevered lattice wire parts by opposite Slope of the grid wire parts lying in the notches is increased.
These known methods cannot be used with tension grids, since the notch cutting required for thin tension grid wires of less than 30 μ diameter would then have to have a cutting width that no longer ensures adequate stability.
The invention is based on the object of specifying a method for producing a tension grid, in which with high accuracy the maintenance of the grid wire distances from one another, d.
