Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
Selbstverständ-The invention relates to a further embodiment of capacitors with plastic dielectric, which are designed according to the proposal of the patent application ρ 10637 VIIIc / 21g. She suggests that Dielectric made of silicone, optionally with additives that increase the dielectric constant, e.g. B. TiO., - or alkaline earth titanate, in particular barium titanate powder, consists, in particular of silicones, at which is the ratio of the number of hydrocarbon radicals bonded to a silicon atom to that Number of silicon atoms in the silicon (R: Si) is greater than 1.2. The load-bearing occupancy can e.g. Metal foils or insulating foils provided with a metal layer on their surface are used. Around in the latter case, take advantage of the advantages of silicones, especially those of high temperature resistance To be able to, it is recommended that the metallized insulating film also consists of silicone. The application the silicone layer can be arbitrary, e.g. B. by spraying, dipping or the like. Possibly However, it is advisable to use the silicones, which are known to consist of several components, in particular by condensation are formed, not to be applied as such, but first of all their components in finely divided form Apply mixture and these components only then on the coating through the silicone appropriate treatment, e.g. B. heating to let form. The process is to be steered in such a way that the three-dimensional chain branching does not become too large, in order to make the dielectric too brittle avoid, in particular, that the ratio R: Si is greater than 1.2, where R is the number of those with one Si atom linked hydrocarbon radicals and Si denotes the number of silicon atoms in the silicone; on the other hand, it is advisable not to keep the branching too small, since the high elasticity of the Silicones then easily cause unwanted changes in capacity in the event of temperature fluctuations, shocks or other mechanical stresses. The R: Si ratio therefore remains appropriate below 1.98. If you do not want to form the silicone on the coating itself, then it is applied the silicone layer expediently at an elevated temperature of the silicone, in particular the bath, by the the film on which the silicone layer is to be applied is continuously pulled. Through subsequent Cooling then hardens the silicone to form the desired solid silicone layer. Do not approach that Details of the production of the silicone dielectric which form the subject matter of the invention emerge from the silicone technology, as z. B. by the article "Chemistry of Silicones" in the journal "applied Chemie ”, Edition A, Volume 60, 1948, pp. 225 to 230, has become known. Self-evident

In the following exemplary embodiments are described from which further details of the invention emerge.
In Fig. 1 the cross section of a film is shown with which the capacitor pack z. B. through the usual Wrap is shaped. 1 is the carrier film that z. B. made of metal, in particular aluminum. At In their place, it can also consist of an expedient on both sides with a z. B. vapor-deposited metal layer provided insulating film, optionally made of silicone. 2 is the silicone layer, which is as free of inclusions as possible covers the surface of the film 1, adheres firmly to it and z. B. free the right edge of the slide leaves the left margin, however, broadly embraced. 3 is the opposite assignment, the z. B. on the silicone layer 2 on both sides is applied, in particular vapor-deposited and includes the left widened edge of the silicone layer. The desired capacity is created by layering such foils or by winding them Allocations 1 and 3 can obviously be contacted on each face of the package.
Sie bietet vor allem gegenüber den bekannten Kondensatoren mit metallbedampften Papierfolien den Vorteil, daß sie auch bei hohen Spannungen nur eine Folie benötigt, dadurch sehr raumsparend ist undIn Fig. 2, another embodiment of the capacitor according to the invention is shown in which a Silicone film 4 in the manner shown with the parties 5 and 6 provided, in particular is vaporized. It offers above all compared to the well-known capacitors with metallized paper foils the advantage that they only have one Foil required, which makes it very space-saving and

höhere Temperaturen aushält, so daß neue Anwendungsgebiete erschlossen werden, bei denen der Kondensator Temperaturen ausgesetzt wird, die über denen des Papierkondensators liegen.withstands higher temperatures, so that new areas of application are opened up in which the capacitor Exposed to temperatures higher than those of the paper capacitor.
The invention also makes the production of very simple and inexpensive fixed or trimmer capacitors possible made possible (see Fig. 3) by using elastic silicones with low chain branching in the latter case (R: Si), expediently greater than about 1.9, optionally also greater than 1.98, can be used and the dielectric 7 made from them between the electrodes 8 and 9 in any manner not shown is more or less compressed.
