Abstract

Die Überwachung von Fertigungsvorrichtungen, insbesondere Hauptspindeln (1), soll zentral und sicher durchgeführt werden können. Hierzu ist vorgesehen, dass die jeweilige Hauptspindel (1) beispielsweise über das Internet (3) Betriebs- und Zustandsdaten an eine Überwachungsorganisation (2) sendet. Dort können die Daten beispielsweise anhand von Grenzwerten überwacht werden. Bei Grenzwertüberschreitungen werden Hersteller (4) und OEMs (5) vorzugsweise automatisch benachrichtigt. Durch das Senden der Betriebsdaten an die zentrale Überwachungsorganisation (2) werden keine maschineneigenen Ressourcen zur Zustandsüberwachung beansprucht und die Hersteller (4) werden nur im Bedarfsfall informiert. Das aktive Abschicken der Daten von der Fertigungsvorrichtung bzw. Hauptspindeleinheit (1) zu der Überwachungsorganisation (2) erhöht die Datensicherheit.
