Abstract

Es ist eine Differenzverstärkeranordnung vorgesehen mit einer Stromquelle (S1), zwei steuerbaren Strecken (T1, T2), die jeweils mit einem Anschluß mit der Stromquelle (S1) gekoppelt sind und deren Steueranschlüsse den Eingang der Differenzverstärkeranordnung bilden. Über jeweils eine Kaskodeschaltung (K1, K2) ist jeweils eine Last (L1, L2) mit der ersten und der zweiten steuerbaren Strecke (T1, T2) verbunden. Zumindest ein Abgriff (A1) zwischen einer der Lasten und einer der Kaskodeschaltungen bildet einen Ausgang der Differenzverstärkeranordnung. Es ist ein Vergleichsmittel (D1) mit zwei Eingängen vorgesehen, das für eine Abgabe eines von einem Vergleich abhängigen Steuersignals ausbildet ist. Ein erster Eingang ist mit dem ersten (A1) gekoppelt und der zweite Eingang zur Zuführung eines Referenzsignals ausgebildet. Weiterhin enthält die Differenzverstärkeranordnung eine regelbare Stromquelle (G1), deren Steuereingang mit dem Ausgang des Vergleichsmittels und deren Stromausgang mit dem zweiten Anschluß (P1) zumindest der ersten steuerbaren Strecke (T1) verbunden ist.
