Abstract

Es handelt sich um ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Holzwerkstoffplatten, insbesondere dünnen Faserplatten oder Spanplatten in einer vorzugsweise kontunuierlichen Presse. Im Rahmen der Erfindung wird eine aus zumindest zwei übereinander angeordneten Streugutschichten bestehende Streugutmatte auf einem Streubandförderer erzeugt, wobei die benachbarten Streugutschichten jeweils durch eine Trennschicht voneinander getrennt sind. Dabei wird die Streugutmatte mit der Trennschicht in die Presse eingeführt und unter Anwendung von Druck und Wärme unter Bildung mehrerer übereinander angeordneter und durch die Trennschicht getrennter Holzwerkstoffplatten verpresst.It is a method and an apparatus for producing wood-based panels, especially thin fiberboard or chipboard in a preferably kontunuierlichen press.
