Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Positionsmessvorrichtung (10) zum Ermitteln von Winkel- oder Längspositionen. Längen- oder Winkelmesseinrichtungen sind hinlänglichen bekannt. DOLLAR A Die Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, eine neuartige Positionsmessvorrichtung bereitzustellen, die auf der sogenannten Nonius-Interpolation beruht, um absolute Positionswerte zu ermitteln. DOLLAR A Die Positionsmessvorrichtung (10) weist hierzu eine Auswerteeinrichtung (120) und eine Maßverkörperung (30, 130) auf, die wenigstens drei Spuren (140, 150, 160) mit jeweils einer unterschiedlichen Anzahl von Teilungsmarkierungen enthalten. Jeder Spur ist eine Abtasteinrichtung (50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75) zugeordnet. Die erste Spur (150) der Maßverkörperung (130) weist N Teilungsmarkierungen, die zweite Spur (160) N-1 Teilungsmarkierungen und die dritte Spur (140) N-K Teilungsmarkierungen auf, wobei K > 1 ist. Mit Hilfe der bei Abtastung der ersten (150) und dritten (140) Spur erzeugten Abtastsignale erfolgt eine Unterteilung der Maßverkörperung (30, 130) in K-identische Segmente.The invention relates to a position measuring device (10) for determining angular or longitudinal positions.
