Abstract

Mechanische Tiefenregler werden z. B. an Gravier- und Fräsmaschinen eingesetzt, wo exakte Frästiefen auch bei unebenen oder gekrümmten Oberflächen erforderlich sind. Bei größeren Flächen werden auch Ungenauigkeiten der Gravier- oder Fräsmaschine ausgeglichen. Bei einer aus der DE 202 14 413 bekannten Vorrichtung eines oben genannten Tiefenreglers ergibt sich die Auflagekraft aus der Gewichtskraft des eingespannten Werkzeuges. Das führt bei schweren Maschinen (z. B. Oberfräsen, Bohrmaschinen) trotz der Teflonspitze gerade bei weichen zu bearbeitenden Werkstoffen wie beispielsweise Plexiglas zu Beschädigungen der Oberfläche. Außerdem ist bei dieser Variante nur 1 Maschinentyp mit einem definierten Gewicht einsetzbar. Unterschiedliche Werkzeuge erfordern unterschiedliche Anpreßkräfte.
