Diese Anordnung zeigt den Vortheil, dafs, selbst wenn der Stofs vollkommen durchgestofsen ist, die Einlage C durch Adhäsion in ihrer Lage festgehalten wird. Man kann die Schnur C ferner, um sie wasserdicht zu machen, mit einer Lösung von geeigneten Mitteln behandeln, welche gleichzeitig etwas klebrig sind, so dafs sie ein Anhaften des Stofses ermöglichen; am vortheilhaftesten erscheint dazu die Anwendung von Guttapercha.In Fig. Ι an expedient embodiment of a waterproof insert is shown.
