Abstract
On the walls of cooling channels (14) of a coolable component, for example a combustion chamber wall segment (11), unevenness elements (6) with a defined geometry are specifically arranged. The height of the unevenness elements is in the range of 2% to 5% of the hydraulic diameter of the cooling channel. The elements are just big enough to stimulate a turbulent cross exchange with the core flow in the laminar lower layer of a turbulent cooling flow close to the wall. This significantly improves the heat transfer on the cooling side near the wall without significantly increasing the pressure loss of the cooling flow by influencing the core flow.

From a publication in ISROMAC-7, Honululu, Hawaii (1998): 1682-1693 is a numerical calculation method of pressure drops and heat transfers walls known with bump elements. With the help of this method, the roughness or unevenness of the cooling duct wall with regard to heat transfer and pressure loss can be optimized. The known from the prior art stochastically rough walls but only allow the roughness parameter to be varied while the areal distribution and the geometry of the bump elements cannot be defined. Even the actual one Height of individual Bumps is just about Statistics defined.
The invention is therefore the object underlying a chilled Component according to specify the preamble of claim 1, which has the disadvantages avoids the prior art. It is particularly the job of Present invention to specify the component so that a targeted Setting and optimization of pressure losses and heat transfers at the Cooling channel walls is possible and that these sizes one also locally resolved Calculation accessible are.
According to the invention, this task is accomplished with a coolable Component detached, which has the entirety of the features of claim 1.
The essence of the invention is, therefore the walls of cooling channels from coolable Components unevenness elements in a targeted manner and in regular patterns to arrange. The targeted arrangement enables unevenness elements, in contrast to a stochastic roughness, in defined and controlled distances from each other. It is the same with a component according to the invention possible, on the canal walls Bump elements of a defined geometry and a defined Order height, being the height equivalent to the bump elements can be considered for sand grain roughness. The relative height of Roughness elements, based on the hydraulic diameter of the Cooling channel, vary easily in different areas of the channel walls. The relative height in any case more than 75% of the unevenness elements, preferably all Unevenness elements, based on the local hydraulic diameter, but always in the range of 0.01 to 0.05, according to a roughness parameter from 10 to 50; the relative height of the unevenness elements is preferred selected in the range from 0.02 to 0.03. The geometry of the unevenness elements can also optionally be defined become; so they can Roughness elements standing up on the channel wall, for example Pens or mushroom-shaped Elements, or as in ISROMAC-7, Honululu, Hawaii (1998): Shown 1682-1693, hemispheres of a certain diameter his; this geometry can of course also be dependent of an optimally calculated design in different areas the canal walls vary.

Coolable components according to the invention are suitable in particular as blades or wall elements in the hot gas path of Gas turbines. As a wall element, in particular as a wall element Gas turbine combustion chamber, the coolable component according to the invention has a hot gas side and one opposite to it cooling page on, being in the cooling side at least one cooling channel is arranged.
To manufacture a component whose cooling channel or cooling channels unevenness elements according to the invention, depending on the specific circumstances, different procedures are available. For cooling ducts that run completely inside the component, as is the case with turbine blades in particular, the designer finds a very complicated geometry at the outset, and high-precision casting cores, which generally consist of ceramic materials, are required to produce the cooling ducts. There is actually only the possibility of molding the elements into the ceramic green bodies, which means a very high effort overall. The situation is easier with cooling ducts in shingle-like combustion chamber wall segments, which are generally open on the cooling side. Wax kernels are usually used there. On the one hand, it is possible to already provide the unevenness elements in the tools for producing the wax cores; this is useful when tools are being redesigned. If existing tools are to be used, it is also advisable to first produce the wax core with a flat surface, and to subsequently incorporate the unevenness elements into the wax core using a heated tool or to glue wax particles on. The unevenness elements are produced during casting, i.e. during primary shaping. Due to the relative dimensions of the details to be produced, this production is at the limit of the precision that can be achieved with casting processes today, so that small edges and details may only be blurred in the finished workpiece. Another manufacturing method first produces cooling channels with smooth, flat walls. The unevenness elements are then introduced into the metal surface by further processing steps such as grinding, pressing, eroding or lasering. It is also possible to weld or solder the unevenness elements, which enables a particularly well-defined geometry of the unevenness elements, or to produce them by means of a weld overlay; The decisive factor here is that the joint connection withstands the expected material temperatures. This is the most complex manufacturing process, but has the advantage that even small unevenness elements are very well defined and arranged with small tolerances. A regular arrangement of the unevenness elements makes the manufacturing process considerably easier and also rationalizes the provision of the necessary tools.
