Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a motor vehicle lap, preferably trunk lock, with a spring-loaded in the open position Rotary latch and one biased towards the rotary latch Pawl, further with an electromechanical opening control and a closing aid.
Motor vehicle locks of the type in question Kind are known. These usually work with one, for example locking bolts arranged on the cover side, the latter is caught by the catch on the lock side. The closed position the locking bolt catching catch is secured by the pawl. Further is known, such a motor vehicle lock with a closing aid to be provided, which catches the rotary bolt which catches the locking bolt from a pre-locked position secured by the pawl shifted a main resting position. To open the lock, the the pawl securing pawl controlled in such a way that the in the open position spring-loaded catch can swing open. In this regard an electromechanical opening control for Actuation of the pawl known.
In view of the state described above technology becomes a technical problem of the invention therein seen a motor vehicle lock of the type in question improved embody.
This problem is initially and essentially solved by the subject matter of claim 1, with the aim being that the closing aid has a closing pawl which is actuated to open the lock while simultaneously moving the pawl into the release position. As a result of this configuration according to the invention, a motor vehicle lock is created which is distinguished in particular by a high level of security with respect to the rotary latch closed position. So this closed position is secured on the one hand in a known manner by the pawl and on the other hand, for example in the case of locks without a pre-locking position, additionally by the closing pawl, further depending on the arrangement and design of the closing pawl, the catch either in the main locking position or at least in the quasi-pre-locking position in Opening direction blocked. In addition, the configuration according to the invention also makes it conceivable to use the closing pawl to define the pre-locking position or a switching point, from which pre-locking position the closing aid is used in a known manner to shift the rotary latch into the main catch. Accordingly, the closing pawl of the closing aid is always uncontrolled in the pivoting path of the rotary latch or of the rotary latch section interacting with the closing pawl. As a result, both the closing pawl and the pawl are moved almost simultaneously or, as is preferred, the closing pawl and then the pawl into the release position to open the lock. The lock according to the invention is provided with an opening control and a closing aid, with a modular structure. This advantageously enables the optional fitting of a lock housing, which enables any configuration, both only with an opening control and only with a closing aid mechanism and, moreover, with a combination of opening control and closing aid. In the lock housing there is always space available for the other control group. Accordingly, a modular motor vehicle lock that is inexpensive to manufacture and easily adaptable to the desired configuration is created. In order to continue to guarantee at least a closing but also an opening of the motor vehicle lock by means of manual actuation in the event of a failure of the electromechanical opening control and / or the mechanism for the closing aid, which latter is also preferably electromechanically controlled, an emergency actuation is also provided for overrunning the pawls -Öffnungs-blocking. This pawl opening blocking can mean both a blocking of the pawl in the direction of the rotary latch release position and a blocking of the pawl in the direction of a rotary latch latched position. The emergency actuation enables this pawl opening blocking to be overrun, after which the pawl can reach its spring-loaded basic position. After the emergency operation, the motor vehicle lock is in a basic lock position, in which the rotary latch is pivoted into the open position or can be pivoted by a manual pull on the trunk lid or flap, in which open position the locking bolt is released. After this, the lock can also be closed manually by inserting the locking bolt into the rotary latch. The arrangement of an emergency actuation enables the motor vehicle lock to be opened and closed manually. In this regard, it is further preferred that an emergency lever is provided for emergency actuation, regardless of the actuation means actuated by a motor, which releases the spring return of the pawl by moving the opening lever out of the pawl opening blocking position, wherein, for example, a pawl-like disengaging section of the pawl does not relocate the opening lever Pawl influence allowed. For example, manual opening and closing of the motor vehicle lock is ensured even in the event of a power and / or transmission failure. In order to be able to lift the trunk lid or the like manually after triggering the opening control in the event of a snow load, which means that the rotary latch release position is maintained even if the same is not shifted in terms of rotation, a locking device of the pawl is provided which blocks the pawl in the release position. According to the invention, it is further provided in this regard that the closing pawl is blocked in the release position, the blocking being removed by the rotary latch turning back into the closed position. This also proves to be advantageous if, as further proposed, the closing pawl is or can be used as the only quasi pre-locking position for the rotary latch. The closing pawl is preferably articulated on a toggle lever, one leg of which is rotatably fastened to the rotary latch axis, with which the articulation point of the closing pawl moves in the course of the displacement of the one toggle lever leg on a circular line aligned coaxially to the rotary latch axis, which increases the friction between the closing latch and the Jack tread on the rotary latch reduced to a minimum. It is also proposed that the other leg of the toggle lever is articulated on a pulling aid operating lever, away from an axis of rotation of the pulling aid operating lever. As a result of this configuration, a four-bar mechanism with a toggle lever effect is created for the closing aid. It has also proven to be particularly advantageous that the closing pawl is spring-biased against the catch. An opening toggle lever is connected to the opening lever, via which the closing pawl can be controlled. This opening toggle lever also has two legs, one leg of which is rotatably attached to the lock base or the like and the other leg of which is articulated on the opening lever, away from an axis of rotation of the opening lever. Here, too, a four-bar mechanism with a toggle action is formed. In addition, other multi-link mechanism designs with toggle lever action are also conceivable both for the closing aid mechanism and for the opening mechanism. In this regard, it also proves to be advantageous that, as preferred, the opening lever and the closing aid actuating lever are movable about a common axis of rotation. As a result of this configuration, the opening mechanism and the closing mechanism can be controlled independently of one another and, moreover, can be used in such an advantageous manner that, for example, in the course of a closing process with the rotary latch being closed, this closing process can be interrupted at any time by triggering the opening mechanism, whereupon the rotary latch opens immediately. The opening process which interrupts the closing process can take place either by an electric motor or by means of the emergency actuation. The opening lever and the closing aid actuating lever are spring-biased against one another, with both levers in their respective basic position also pressing against a common stop. The closing pawl cooperates with the catch at an angle stop formed on the catch. In this regard, overload protection is desired, which is achieved in that the angle stop has an opening of more than 90 °. If a predefined maximum force is exceeded, the closing pawl controls along the angular stop and then overflows the catch. Accordingly, the rotary latch is not shifted into the main rest position, but may remain in the intermediate stop position previously reached. A button or a correspondingly acting other sensor system tells the user that the lock is not properly closed. The closing pawl is pivoted on a leg, which in turn is pivoted on the axis of rotation of the catch. The point of attack for mechanical opening is upstream of the actuation element of the electric drive in the direction of rotation, so that regardless of the position of the actuation element - e.g. an intermediate position after a power failure - the opening mechanism can be mechanically, manually operated, so that the opening mechanism can be disengaged manually a basic position of the lock can be achieved. In this regard, it also proves to be advantageous that the electric drive only acts non-positively on the opening lever, so that the opening lever can be shifted further in the direction of rotation by manual action via the emergency actuation. It is further proposed that the opening lever and the closing aid actuating lever are pivotably mounted about a common axis of rotation. Alternatively, there is also the possibility of arranging the opening lever and the actuating lever of the closing aid on axially spaced axes.
