Eine derartige Spenderanordnung ist im medizinischen Umfeld allgemein bekannt und für medizinische Desinfektionstücher vorgesehen. Solche Desinfektionstücher werden üblicherweise zur Schnelldesinfektion von Flächen, Inventar oder medizinischen Geräten verwendet. Zu diesem Zweck sind die Desinfektionstücher mit einer Desinfektionslösung getränkt und üblicherweise zu einer Tuchrolle aufgerollt angeordnet. Die Tuchrolle ist in der Spenderanordnung aufgenommen. Unter Verwendung der Spenderanordnung können die Desinfektionstücher einzeln von der Tuchrolle entnommen werden. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass die Spenderanordnung eine Halteeinrichtung, die - im gebrauchsfertigen Zustand - an einer Wandfläche befestigt ist, und eine lösbar an der Halteeinrichtung festgelegte Gehäuseeinrichtung aufweist, die einen Gehäusekörper, ein Abdeckelement und ein Verschlusselement aufweist, wobei der Gehäusekörper einen Hohlraum, der zur Aufnahme einer aus den Desinfektionstüchern gebildeten Tuchrolle vorgesehen ist, eine mittels des Verschlusselements öffenbar verschlossene Gehäuseöffnung, die zum Einbringen der Tuchrolle in den Hohlraum vorgesehen ist, und einen mittels des Abdeckelements freigebbar abgedeckten Entnahmeschlitz, der zur Entnahme der Desinfektionstücher aus dem Hohlraum vorgesehen ist, aufweist. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Lösung ist die Spenderanordnung auf einfache Weise an einer Wandfläche befestigbar. Hierfür ist die Halteeinrichtung vorgesehen. Zudem gestattet die erfindungsgemäße Lösung eine besonders einfache Handhabung bei einem Be- bzw. Nachfüllen von Desinfektionstüchern. Hierfür ist die Gehäuseeinrichtung vorgesehen und lösbar an der Halteeinrichtung festgelegt. Zum Bestücken mit Desinfektionstüchern kann die Gehäuseeinrichtung auf einfache Weise von der Halteeinrichtung gelöst und ergonomisch abseits der Wandfläche gehandhabt werden. Die Halteeinrichtung ist im gebrauchsfertigen Zustand vorzugsweise mittels mehrerer Befestigungselemente an der Wandfläche befestigt. Die Gehäuseeinrichtung ist vorzugsweise formschlüssig lösbar an der Halteeinrichtung festgelegt. Besonders bevorzugt ist die Gehäuseeinrichtung zu diesem Zweck in einen Aufnahmeraum der Halteeinrichtung eingeschoben oder eingesteckt. Bei der in dem Hohlraum des Gehäusekörpers aufnehmbaren Tuchrolle handelt es sich vorzugsweise um eine im medizinischen Bereich allgemein bekannte Tuchrolle. Die Desinfektionstücher der Tuchrolle sind vorzugsweise mit einer Desinfektionslösung getränkt. Die Tuchrolle weist vorzugsweise einen Folienbeutel auf, der einem unerwünschten Austreten der Desinfektionslösung entgegenwirkt. Zum Bestücken der Spenderanordnung mit Desinfektionstüchern wird die Tuchrolle durch die Gehäuseöffnung in den Hohlraum des Gehäusekörpers eingeschoben oder einesteckt. Zum Lösen und Festlegen der Gehäuseeinrichtung kann dieselbe auf ergonomisch vorteilhafte Weise aus dem wenigstens einends offenen Aufnahmeraum entnommen bzw. in diesen eingebracht werden. Infolge der komplementären Formgebung des Aufnahmeraums ist die Gehäuseeinrichtung im festgelegten Zustand formschlüssig an der Halteeinrichtung gehalten. Die zylindrische Grundform der Gehäuseeinrichtung weist vorzugsweise eine abgerundete, bevorzugt eine kreisrunde, besonders bevorzugt eine in etwa elliptische, Grundfläche auf.
