Description
The invention relates to a textile coating carrier, which is particularly suitable for further processing into an adhesive tape, i. a textile carrier material for adhesive tapes, with high noise attenuation. This adhesive tape is preferably used in the casing of elongated cable harnesses and cables.
These tapes are needed, for example in the automotive industry in the manufacture of cable harnesses. Among other things, they have the task of bundling the individual wires and preventing or dampening rattling noises. With regard to the future increase in registrations of electric vehicles, the requirements for adhesive tapes for the cable harness area are increasing. The very low-noise vehicles of the future will present additional challenges here. Essentially, it will be about weight savings, high noise damping properties as well as good processability and strength in the longitudinal and transverse directions.
- - Leichte Handreißbarkeit in Querrichtung.
- - Hohe Abriebfestigkeit.
- - High power absorption in the longitudinal direction with low deformation (elongation).
- - High longitudinal strength and transverse strength with the lowest possible weight.
- - Low resilience to prevent the adhesive tapes from detaching from the harness.
- - Easy hand tearability in the transverse direction.
- - High abrasion resistance.
- - Fiber breakage resistance. By this it is meant that the fibers must be so strongly integrated into the nonwoven surface that they do not adhere to the adhesive of the top layer when unwinding from the adhesive tape roll.
- - High noise attenuation.
- A keine Geräuschdämpfung 0 bis 2 dB(A)
- B geringe Geräuschdämpfung >2 bis 5 dB(A)
- C mittlere Geräuschdämpfung >5bis10dB(A)
- D hohe Geräuschdämpfung >10 bis 15 dB(A)
- E sehr hohe Geräuschdämpfung >15 dB(A)
- A no noise attenuation 0 to 2 dB (A)
- B low noise attenuation> 2 to 5 dB (A)
- C average noise attenuation> 5 to 10dB (A)
- D high noise attenuation> 10 to 15 dB (A)
- E very high noise attenuation> 15 dB (A)
In order to achieve good noise attenuation values, nonwovens are usually used as part of the coating carrier. The noise damping properties of the adhesive tapes improve with increasing nonwoven fabric thickness or basis weight. However, as the basis weight increases, the hand tearability and the resilience deteriorate. In addition, the cost of materials increases, which is why the sole increase in the basis weight is not a viable option for the production of tapes with high noise attenuation.

However, it has been shown that the nonwoven fabric can be severely damaged or even destroyed by the multiplicity of needle punctures when incorporating the pile creases, so that it can no longer fulfill its intended strength and elongation properties in the adhesive tape. Due to the more or less pronounced "needling" of the nonwoven fabric, the tensile strength of the coating carrier are greatly reduced and the deformability (elongation in the longitudinal direction) increases in an inadmissible manner, so that the stability of the construction is questioned in total.
In
The invention is therefore based on the object to develop a producible with little effort reinforced nonwoven composite, which has easily adjustable transverse and longitudinal strengths and its height of the noise damping property is easy to adjust.
To achieve the object, a nonwoven, which consists of one or more layers and / or an already pre-bonded nonwoven fabric made of fibers and / or filaments, connected to a construction of sewing thread, weft thread, filament and pile thread. In other words, during the incorporation of pile loops in the example pre-bonded nonwoven additionally transverse or oblique to the working direction and in the working direction (longitudinal direction) arranged threads are placed on the nonwoven fabric. These threads are bonded to the nonwoven fabric with an additional suture system that is functionally different from the pile threads.

Weft threads in the working direction of the stitchbonding machine with sewing threads, with simultaneous incorporation of the pile threads, is sewn.
The individual components such as nonwoven, weft, filament and pile yarn are easily, quickly and without alterations to the systems interchangeable and can thus be adapted exactly to the requirements for longitudinal strength (vertical thread), transverse strength (weft) and noise damping (pile thread) of the textile support.
The sewing thread density in the carrier material can be significantly reduced because the filament takes over the task of improving the strength in the longitudinal direction. A reduction in the number of sewing thread sutures (thread consumption 1 to 3.5 or greater) is made possible by the use of a standing thread (thread consumption 1 to 1.1). The weft thread is used for stabilizing the bar and counteracts the damage to the base web in terms of transverse strength. The pile threads are thus firmly in the construction of o.g. Thread systems and the base web incorporated and remain in the subsequent processes and in the final application firmly in the carrier material.
In a first embodiment of the proposed method, the pile threads are incorporated directly into the nonwoven fabric to form the pile thread layer.
In a second embodiment of the proposed method, the pile threads are sewn to form the pile thread layer together with the pile thread layer and the weft thread layer with the sewing threads and tied to the nonwoven or the nonwoven fabric.
In this case, for example, the pile thread layer can be applied to a first side of the nonwoven fabric and the pile yarn layer and the weft thread layer can be deposited on a first side opposite the second side of the nonwoven fabric and fastened with the sewing threads.
In the proposed method it can be provided that a prefabricated calendered spunbonded nonwoven made of polyester with a basis weight of 15 to 80 g / m 2 , preferably 40 g / m 2 , is used as the nonwoven.
Alternatively or additionally, it can be provided that PES yarns having a fineness of 3.3 to 16.7 tex, preferably 9 tex, are used as stay threads or / and as weft threads.
In the same way, alternatively or additionally, it may be provided that polyester threads having a fineness of from 3 to 7.6 tex, preferably 5 tex, are used as sewing threads.
In a further embodiment of the proposed method are used as pile threads polyester filament yarns textured or untextured) with a fineness of 5 to 16.7 tex, preferably 7.6 tex used, which has a pole plate of a thickness of 0.5 to 5 mm, preferably 2 mm in height be guided.
By the proposed method, a reinforced carrier material for textile adhesive tapes can be produced, which comprises a multilayer composite construction comprising at least one nonwoven layer of a nonwoven and / or filament nonwoven, a stranded layer, a weft layer and a pile thread layer, and which are advantageously used for the production of a sound-absorbing adhesive tape can. In this case, an adhesive can furthermore be applied to the second side of the carrier material which is opposite the first side on which the pile thread layer is arranged.
Such an adhesive tape can be used advantageously for the sheathing of elongate cable sets and lines.
