In order to provide adequate thermal protection in accordance with the binding economically essential requirements for heated buildings for residential, commercial or production purposes, the skin of a building that envelops its foundations, facades and roofs must be constructed with building materials with low heat transfer, unless other protection against inadmissible heat loss is proven. This can be done, inter alia, by a shell made of mineral or organic insulation, for example a thermal insulation composite system, to be applied to the outside of the load-bearing, heat-permeable substance (
As long as the surface and adhesion of the composite to the insulating sub-surface, i.e. its shell effect, is retained, the facade plaster is resistant to even exposure to weathering, albeit slightly punctiform and less mechanically damageable. This even applies to the edges of the surfaces on building edges or reveals of facade openings (
This also applies in the same way to other applications in which, for whatever reason, a soft surface is coated on the outside, but is broken through for another purpose and can thus be endangered at the breakthrough edges.
On the open, unreinforced edge of a facade plaster, its shell effect no longer provides sufficient strength due to its surface bond there and offers less protection against stress, namely against temperature-related movements from the externally mounted components and in particular against weathering, especially when it dampens and finally dampens the facade composite. so that the bond is weakened over a large area and ultimately dissolved. This also results from previous, unintentional, in many cases not completely avoidable damage to the plaster shell, for example from natural blows from hailstones or usage-related shocks when starting vehicles or other work, whereby the grains of the aggregate of the facade mortar directly in the disturbed area and finally torn out of its bond at its edge and neighboring grains loosened. The hard plaster shell is gradually destroyed around a first breakout point and loses its protective function.
The unintentional damage also corresponds to an intended, for whatever purpose, necessary breakthrough in the layers of plaster, reinforcement and insulation through the entire structure down to the load-bearing structure of the structure or only on or into the surface for anchoring and brackets of components in front of the facade, bindings or for retrofitted elements such as clamps for downpipes, building engineering routes, flaps for installations, emergency or maintenance facilities, signage or the like. Often, foreseeable tie-ups from the outset can only be insufficient, not foreseeable or even impossible are not planned or only make sense afterwards.
This inevitably creates unreinforced edges in a more or less limited or only point-open plaster. The subsequently drilled, mostly only small, openings nevertheless tear coarse grains out of the composite of the plaster, which causes the plaster to break out larger than is necessary for the binding.
This also applies to anchorages and brackets planned in good time through the insulation into the load-bearing structure, to which the plastering then abuts immediately, without the edges being able to be reinforced practically. Inevitable movements of the bindings stress the grains on the open edge of the plaster in the manner described above and loosen them like openings drilled at the edge. This makes weathering on the unreinforced plaster edge all the easier for the shell plaster of the facade plaster as well as its adhesion to the insulation layer and ultimately also for the supporting structure underneath.
This is not uncommon, for example, at the ends of outside window sills, to be clearly observed, in which even before the reveal plastering around facade openings, i.e. without subsequent, disruptive intervention and despite the protective side upstands of a slightly inclined outside window sill at its joint on the unreinforced plastering edge individual grains can be removed from the plaster bowl. The rainwater runs in there and the plastering around these places is destroyed over time.
The importance of a solution for the described, not damage-free edges of a breakthrough is derived from this and similar damage to bindings and bindings in or through a thermally insulated facade and similar details.
It is known that long, straight or slightly curved, prefabricated corner brackets are always integrated into the plastering surfaces in order to strengthen and stiffen the plastering edges against mechanical stresses, which means that the disruptions described regarding the breakthroughs in the insulation structure for binding anchorages and brackets cannot be eliminated. because corner angles cannot be adapted sufficiently to the shape and dimensions of the openings (
This means that the apparent causes of the damage to the facade plaster described are not eliminated through the integration and binding of anchors and brackets, but simply accepted. The openings that open up over time to bindings to punctually planned or subsequently initiated openings in the façade assembly are often left open or at most permanently elastic, which does not correspond to a properly sealed closure against ingress of water or keeping an opening safe. Rather, the permanently elastic material transfers the forces of the bindings caused by the thermal, usage and weather-related movements to the unreinforced edge of the opening in the facade plaster, which ultimately makes it all the more torn due to the already disturbed strength. The permanently elastic material hardens over time, so that it even favors further demolition and further destruction of the plaster.
Another known solution - for example from the
The edge is also not consolidated, because the surfaces are not stiffened against each other either by the reinforcement of the plastering surface or by a reinforcement inserted into the perforated insulation. Rather, the cladding tubes remain independent of the facade structure. They are in no way supported by the hard plaster edge and the soft insulation material, and are kept immobile in the insulation layer by a shear force absorption. The cladding tubes therefore only allow the bindings to be pushed through simply because they have to tilt outward from the load-bearing structure when mounting light wells due to the sometimes high load (for example due to unhindered entry). In other words, the cladding tubes do not form a jointly acting composite system with the heat-insulating facade structure.
Various types of built-in parts are also known, which are anchored on the raw facade under the insulation, i.e. lie in the facade structure itself. Such installations are always installed in the insulation layer before plastering. They take on loads through the facade structure over an enlarged area and over a material that can be used more than the insulation in order to be able to distribute the loads to the load-bearing structure. Movements or changes around the anchors continue to stress the facade plaster. The potential disruption of the facade plaster by the impact between the built-in part and the surrounding facade structure cannot be prevented here either.

Aufgabenstellungtask
In this prior art, the object of the invention is to protect the plastering edges and interior areas on and in openings of different sizes of a facade-insulated composite from an outbreak of the plaster due to mechanical-physical influences and weathering, and to save the life of the facade openings while saving costs to increase for renovation.
This object is achieved by a facade insulated in a composite with the features of
Advantageous embodiments of the facade assembly and method according to the invention can be found in the subclaims.
The solution according to the invention is based on the knowledge that a reinforcing fabric from the surface at the plastering edges around the openings leads over the edge edges into the interior of the opening, is cohesively attached to the inner surfaces of the exposed insulation and optionally the edge edges or armored in this way Reinforcing surfaces with a circumferential reinforcement body.
This is achieved in that the insulating material on its inner surface belonging to the inner area of the opening is connected to a first section of a reinforcing fabric blank facing the supporting wall completely or partially integrally by an adhesive connection, and in that a second section of the blank facing away from the supporting wall is provided in reinforcing fabric strips is divided, which is arranged in a star shape around a corner around the edge region of the opening of the opening in the plane of the exterior plaster and is integrally connected to the exterior plaster or its reinforcing fabric by means of an adhesive connection, the first section and the second section of the blank being a coherent joint Form part.
In an advantageous embodiment of the facade assembly according to the invention it is provided that the reinforcement fabric blank consists of a glass fiber or composite fiber fabric which is formed into a hollow body, the outer dimension of which corresponds to the inner dimension of the opening. It goes without saying that the hollow body preferably has a cylindrical shape, but other geometric shapes also belong to the invention.
This ensures that the reinforcement fabric both on the inner surfaces of the exposed insulation and over
According to a further embodiment of the facade assembly according to the invention, the reinforced edge area is encased with a reinforcement body made of plastic or metal, which is adapted to the internal dimension and shape of the opening and which strengthens or strengthens the edge area radially and axially.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the ring fitting is fixed to the inner surface by an adhesive connection on the inner surface of the opening along the opening, flush with the exterior plaster, the ring fitting being encompassed by the cut and by the reinforcement fabric strips in such a way that the edge region is covered by the Adhesive connection between the inner surface and the blank is held radially and axially by the adhesive connection between the reinforcing fabric and the reinforcing fabric strip.
A further preferred feature of the invention provides that the ring fitting is arranged on the outside of the blank of the hollow body along the folded edge and is firmly attached to the blank by means of gluing, vulcanizing or melting.
However, in a further embodiment it is part of the invention that the ring fitting is formed from a pair of ring fittings, the inner ring fitting being insertable into the outer ring fitting and the inner ring fitting either comprising the inside of the blank or being fixed immovably on the outside of the blank or the two ring fittings Keep the cut clamped by a radial tongue and groove connection.
Alternatively, however, it is also possible to introduce the groove into the outer wall surface of the inner ring element and to arrange the tongue on the outer ring element.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the facade assembly according to the invention, the reinforced edge area and the reinforced inner area of the opening are provided with a reinforcement body made of plastic or metal, which is adapted to the shape and dimension of the opening and is designed in any shape as a pipe or hollow profile socket, and which extends the edge area radially and axially solidified and the interior variable axially reinforced to the depth of the opening.
In a further preferred feature of the facade assembly according to the invention, the pipe or hollow profile connection piece is provided with a flange or collar associated with the opening of the opening facing away from the supporting wall, which radially overlaps the reinforced edge region of the opening at the corner on the level of the external plaster and is bonded to the reinforcing fabric strips by adhesive bonding is connected, wherein the pipe or hollow profile socket with its pipe or socket part is inserted through the opening in the reinforced opening and fixed to the reinforced insulation material by an adhesive connection.
In a further advantageous feature of the invention, the pipe or socket part of the pipe or hollow profile socket has an axial length which can be adapted as desired to the depth of the opening, so that the facade composite according to the invention is suitable for different thicknesses of the insulation layer and sizes and shapes of the opening is.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the facade assembly according to the invention, the pipe or hollow profile connection piece is composed of two connecting piece parts, the first (outer) connecting piece part of which, with its end facing the supporting wall, has a reinforced flange or collar which is non-positively anchored by fastening means on the supporting wall and with its outer wall is fixed to the armored side surface of the opening by an adhesive connection, and its second (inner) neck part can be inserted into the first neck part on the one hand with a section facing the end of the first neck part and on the other hand with its flange or collar with the reinforcement fabric strips laid in the plane of the outside plaster is connected by the adhesive connection.
In a further expedient embodiment of the invention, the second inner connecting piece is supported against shear and shear by one, the insulation layer with inclination penetrating tension and compression band and / or a shear-absorbing plate made of plastic or metal, which on the one hand below the flange or collar of the Part of the nozzle is diametrically opposed on the outer wall and on the other hand on the support wall by means of fasteners.
For the absorption of higher loads on the facade assembly according to the invention, it is particularly advantageous if the thrust-absorbing plate is designed in the form of a triangle, the hypotenuse of which runs along the tension and compression band, the attachment of which is fastened vertically to the supporting wall by the fastening means and the counter catheter is arranged along the outer wall of the outer neck part and the outer wall of the inner neck part.
It is particularly expedient that the ring fitting, pipe or hollow profile socket for sealing the gap between the load-carrying means guided through the opening and the inner surface of the ring fitting, pipe or hollow profile socket is sealed with a filler or provided with a shrink film that runs all the way around the inner wall thereof is arranged.
The object is further achieved by a method for producing a breakthrough in the facade composite in that the insulation material of the thermal insulation layer in the interior of the breakthrough with a first section of a reinforcing fabric blank that is formed into a hollow body and faces a hollow body, integrally bonded to the edge region by an adhesive connection the opening of the opening in a star shape over a corner into an engagement surface in the external plaster around the opening of the opening with a second section of the reinforcement fabric blank in the form of reinforcement fabric strips by gluing.
In a further embodiment of the method according to the invention, the exterior plaster belonging to the engagement surface is removed around the opening of the respective opening until the reinforcement fabric is exposed, the engagement surface is subsequently cleaned and the reinforcement fabric is bonded to the reinforcement fabric strip by adhesive bonding.
It is of particular importance for the method according to the invention that the reinforced inner area and the reinforced edge area can also be reinforced with a reinforcement body in a cohesive manner by gluing, melting or vulcanizing or in a form-fitting manner by clamping.

In a further embodiment of the method according to the invention, a ring fitting made of metal or plastic is used as the reinforcement body, which is attached to the reinforcing fabric blank in the edge area before carrying out steps a) to k) in such a way that the ring fitting, which is flush with the inner surface of the opening, is glued can be attached to the blank with or by vulcanizing or melting. Before step h), the correct position of the ring fitting on the edge of the opening is adjusted flush with the reinforcement fabric of the external plaster.
Without leaving the invention, a pair of ring fittings can also be used as the reinforcement body, which clamps the blank immovably by means of a tongue and groove connection.
