Abstract
Verbundglas-klebeschichtspezifisches Fertigungsverfahren, bestehend aus den folgenden Schritten: (A) Aufbereiten eines Aufnahmelochs in einem ersten durchsichtigen Weichkunststoff, (B) Ansetzen des ersten durchsichtigen Weichkunststoffs auf eine erste Glasscheibe, (C) Einführen eines mit einer Klebefolie versehenen durchsichtigen Weichkunststoff-Sandwichs in das Aufnahmeloch, wobei die Dicke des durchsichtigen Weichkunststoff-Sandwichs gleich oder kleiner als die Tiefe des Aufnahmelochs ist, (D) Aufsetzen einer zweiten Glasscheibe und Klemmen der ersten Glasscheibe und der zweiten Glasscheibe mit einem Fertigungswerkzeug, (E) Entschäumen und (F) Verkleben mit einer bestimmten Hochtemperatur und einem bestimmten Hochdruck. In diesem Fall treten eventuelle unannehmbare Fertigungen nur in dem kleinflächigen durchsichtigen Sandwich anstatt in dem ganzen Verbundglas auf. Des Weiteren lässt sich das Problem hinsichtlich der ungleichmäßigen Dicken in dem kleinflächigen durchsichtigen Sandwich leichter lösen. Dadurch können die Fertigungskosten zuverlässig gesenkt werden.
