Description
The present invention relates to a knitting machine comprising a needle carrier with knitting needles movable thereon in needle channels, at least one thread feeder for feeding at least one base thread and at least one plush thread to a knitting point of the knitting machine and a head-to-head, preferably perpendicular to the needle carrier provided with platinum carrier thereon Grooves movable platens, which are expelled between at least two of the knitting needles for forming plush loops from the plush yarn by means of each one with the board mechanically coupled sinker, wherein the knitting needles are connected via needle sticks with a selection control, through which each knitting needle for forming a respective single stitch is expelled twice. The invention further relates to a knitting method in which at least one main thread and a plush yarn are fed to a knitting station of a knitting machine with a thread supply, stitches are formed at least from the main thread and the plush thread with knitting needles of the knitting machine and boards of the knitting machine are inserted between at least two of the knitting needles. and are extended, wherein in each case a Plush handle is formed, and wherein at a first expulsion of the knitting needles are formed from the main thread Grundfadenschlingen and either the knitting needles are expelled in a second budding first in a first ejection position, in each of the boards between two of the Knitting needles the basic thread holds down, the knitting needles are then expelled in a second ejection position in which only the boards are withdrawn and subsequently by the expelled knitting needles from the plush thread plush thread loops formed, which are beaten off with the Grundfadenschlingen; or by the knitting needles at their second budding from the plush thread plush thread loops are formed, in each case one of the boards moves between two of the knitting needles and between each two of the plush thread loops from the plush thread forms a Plush handle, and the plush thread loops are beaten with the ground thread loops; or the knitting needles are not expelled a second time, so that the plush thread is not detected by the unexposed knitting needles and is present in this area as a float. Moreover, the present invention relates to a knitted fabric in which there are stitches in a course of stitches which have ground thread loops formed of at least one main thread and plush thread loops formed of at least one plush thread.
In the prior art, knitting machines and knitting methods of the type mentioned are known, with which generic knitted fabrics which are plush knits are produced. Due to the use of sinkers or pins in knitting, these plush knits are also referred to in the art as sinker or pencil plush.
At least two threads, the ground thread and the plush thread, run in a needle ejection for the production of board or pencil plush. Here, the basic thread runs behind the boards or pins and thus always forms a right-left knit. The plush thread runs in front of the board or the pen and is formed by the expelled knitting needles to a plush handle. These plush loops are usually as long as on the board or the pin until the stitch formation is completed. Normally, the quality of the plush knit becomes better, the longer the board or the pin stops after stitching.
Through a selection system, various patterns can be created, with a distinction between smooth knit and plush knit in at least one height.
In circular knitting machines, the blanks or pins with which the plush loops are formed can lie in single-surface machines or single machines in the sinker ring and in double-sided machines or doubling machines either in the dial or in the cylinder. If the boards or pins are arranged in the sinker ring, the ejection direction of plush boards is directed inwards, that is to the machine center, while for sinkers or pins, which are arranged in the dial, the Austriebsrichtung of plush pins is directed from inside to outside that is, away from the machine center. Cylinders or pins mounted in the cylinder have an ejection direction from bottom to top.
Plush knits are very warm due to their mesh size and not very permeable to air. If you want to make a knitwear that is breathable, holes can be knitted in the knitwear.
An alternative to hole formation is provided by the so-called mesh technique with which, instead of holes, translucent areas can be formed in a knitted fabric which also has an increased breathability due to the thin thread used.
Knit-fabric knit fabrics are right-left knits that typically use two different thickness threads.
A mesh product is usually produced over two system widths and only needs one Needle carrier. Accordingly, it can be produced on single-knitting machines. In the first system, the respective knitting needle of the knitting machine is fully expelled and it runs a basic thread in the form of a thin monofilament. Subsequently, the knitting needle is withdrawn, but not knitted. In the second system, a selection now takes place between budding and concentricity of the knitting needles. When budding the knitting needles are driven out to catch level and a plating thread in the form of a thicker polyfoil is inserted into the needle head. Then it is subtracted and calculated. Between the first and the second system find special lock parts application.
The mesh fabric thus produced has two different areas. Each knitting needle that has caught a plating thread creates a smooth right-left knit. All other knitting needles make a mesh area in which the monofilament is a right-left knit and the plating thread floats on the left side of the fabric. Due to the thin ground thread these mesh areas act as if there were holes in the fabric. The greater the difference in thread thickness between the ground and plait threads, the greater the effect. Especially in the sports textile industry, it is common practice to use this technique to define various functional areas on the fabrics.
Since in conventional knit fabric production the plush thread must be in front of the board and the background thread must be behind the board, whereas in the known knit fabric production the plush thread must lie behind the board, so far it was necessary to produce textiles with plush as well as with mesh. Structures only the ability to form plush knits and mesh knit each separately and then connect by sewing. However, the resulting seams are often perceived by a wearer of knitted fabric so composed as unpleasant scratching. In addition, the sewing is complex and expensive the final product. Therefore, it is not possible to provide any number of seams so that the size and shape of the different fabric areas can not be matched to actual carrier requirements.

The boards are selected by sinkers coupled with selectors. The boards are designed and arranged so that they can act as tee, enclosure and plush boards. The blanks may be placed in a first position to form zero plush loops, a second position to form long plush loops, and a third position determined to form medium length plush loops.

It is the object of the present invention to propose a knitted fabric in which fabric sections with different functionality are combined, which can be produced with little technical outlay and which has a high wearing comfort. Moreover, it is the object of the present invention to provide a knitting machine and a knitting method with which the production of such a knit fabric with high productivity is possible.
This object is achieved on the one hand by a knitting machine comprising a needle carrier with knitting needles movable in needle channels, at least one thread feeder for feeding at least one base thread and at least one plush thread to a knitting point of the knitting machine and head to head to the needle carrier provided platinum carrier with it in grooves movable boards, which are expelled between at least two of the knitting needles for forming plush loops of the plush yarn by means of each one with the board mechanically coupled sinker, wherein the knitting needles are selectable such that each knitting needle on needle sticks to form each of a single mesh is expelled twice, wherein the sinker on such a form of Platinenstößerfußes that both an active budding and an active withdrawal of the board is done by the Platinenstößer.
While in the first Stricknadelaustrieb from the main thread a Grundfadenschlinge is formed, which - regardless of the respective knitted fabric - is always present, is decided according to the invention in the second Stricknadelaustrieb, whether a basic area with a right-left knit, a plush area with additional plush loops or a translucent area is formed in which the plush thread is afloat.
In the case of the knitting machine according to the invention, the blanks can function as hold-downs during the first knitting needle ejection and as plush loom formers during the second knitting needle ejection for producing at least one plush area. To make this possible, the boards are specially designed.
Preferably, each of the boards is mechanically coupled to a sinker at a first sinker end, the respective sink being reciprocated in a straight line by the sinker, and the sinker being mechanically coupled at a second sinker end to a pivotable pattern board through which a sinker foot is formed Lock through which the Platinenstößerfuß is feasible, wegdrückbar.
In the knitting machine according to the invention advantageously both the knitting needles and the boards are electronically selectable and pattern controlled.
According to the invention, the sinker has such a shape of its sinker foot that both an active ejection and an active withdrawal of the sinker are effected by the sinker. The shape of the Blaupunktstößerfußes ensures that the Platinenstößer, insofar as the board is selected, remains in engagement with at least one lock part of the castle and is not unscrewed from the castle at the expulsion or withdrawal of the board.
In principle, the sinker foot can have different designs for this purpose. However, it has proved to be particularly favorable if, in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the knitting machine according to the invention, both foot edges of the sinker foot are each aligned at an acute angle to the longitudinal orientation of the sinker and associated acute-angled lock parts are provided for a double-sided attack on the sinker foot.
The finished fabric is removed in the knitting device according to the invention by a gap between the needle carrier and the platinum carrier. In order to be able to remove thicker knitted fabric through this gap, the distance between the needle carrier and the platinum carrier is advantageously adjustable. In order to still be able to carry out the invention even if the distance between the needle carrier and platinum carrier and thus the size of the gap changes, it is provided in an advantageous development of the knitting device according to the invention that a lock part for an attack on a Platinenfuß the board and the Lock parts for an attack on the Platinenstößerfuß together with each other along the Platinenträgers are adjustable.
In addition, the boards have at least one thickened area on their platinum tip for forming a plush hook. Particularly preferably, in one embodiment of the knitting machine according to the invention, the boards on their intervening between the knitting needles board a front narrow board area and an adjoining wide board area, the boards in two positions between the knitting needles to form two different sized plush loops by the different wide board areas are retractable. As a result, a knit fabric can be formed which has different plush hanger heights in one and the same row of stitches.
The object is further achieved by a knitting method in which at least one main thread and at least one plush yarn are fed to a knitting machine knit, stitches are formed at least from the main thread and the plush yarn with knitting needles of the knitting machine, and boards of the knitting machine are interposed between at least two of the knitting needles - And are extended, in each case a plush handle is formed, being formed at a first expulsion of the knitting needles from the main thread Grundfadenschlingen and either the knitting needles are expelled in a second shoot first in a first ejection position, in each of the boards between two of Knitting needles the basic thread holds down, the knitting needles are then expelled in a second ejection position, in which only the boards are withdrawn and subsequently by the expelled Knitting needles are formed from plush thread plush thread loops which are laid over the ground thread loops; or by the knitting needles at their second budding from the plush thread plush thread loops are formed, in each case one of the boards between two of the knitting needles and forms between each two of the plush thread loops from the plush thread plush loops, and the plush thread loops are placed over the ground thread loops; or the knitting needles are not expelled a second time, so that the plush thread is not detected by the unexposed knitting needles and is afloat in this area, the boards are both expelled and withdrawn by sinker.
According to the invention, the boards are both expelled and withdrawn by sinker. This can be realized by a special design of a Platinenstößerfußes the sinker, which remains in selection of the board even with a deduction of the board in engagement with a correspondingly formed lock part of a lock construction of the knitting machine.
In a preferred embodiment of the method according to the invention, the respective circuit board is moved in a straight line back and forth relative to the knitting needles in a hold-down function of the circuit board by means of a sinker mechanically coupled to the circuit board. In a plushing function of the board, a mechanical engagement between a Platinenstößerfuß the sinker and lock parts of the knitting machine is lifted by pivoting the sinker and made after plush formation after a flash of the board.
To form different high plush areas in the fabric, it is provided in one embodiment of the method according to the invention that the boards at their platinum tip have different thickness board areas and the boards are driven out so that to form plush loops with low pile height, a first of these board areas at the level of a knitting needle hook is brought and for the formation of plush loops with large pile height a second of these board areas is brought to the height of the Stricknadelhakens.
The object is also achieved by a knitted fabric in which there are stitches in a row of stitches which comprise base thread loops formed from at least one main thread and plush thread loops formed from at least one plush thread, the knit comprising an embodiment of the method according to at least one of
In the case of the knitted fabric according to the invention, at least one base region is formed in the same stitch row in which there is at least one stitch formed from at least one plush thread loop and at least one ground thread loop; at least one plush area is formed in which plush loops are formed from the plush thread in the area of sinker stitches of the ground loop loops; and at least one translucent area in which there is at least one stitch formed only from at least one ground loop, and the plush thread is floated, wherein at least one plush thread loop overlies a ground loop between at least one of the plush areas and at least one of the translucent areas.
The knitted fabric according to the invention combines knit areas with different functionality in a knitted fabric without the need for additional seams or the like. The basic area is a right-left knit with average breathability. In the translucent area, the breathability of the knitted fabric is particularly great. The plush area is particularly warm. If the knitted fabric according to the invention is worn on the left, the plush area can also be used as a spacer to the body, so that the fabric does not stick to the body, for example during sports.
In an advantageous development of the knitted fabric according to the invention, the plush areas have plush loops with different pile heights.
