Abstract
Der Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, eine Einrichtung und ein dazugehöriges Verfahren zu schaffen, um in bestehenden offenen Fluidanlagen, wie z. B. in Brunnenanlagen oder offenen, rohrförmigen Behältern vorhandene Verockerungen, Inkrustationen, Ablagerungen und Biofilme in den Anlagenteilen sicher und kostengünstig zu beseitigen und aus den Anlagenteilen nach außerhalb der Anlage zu entsorgen.Die Brunnenreinigungsanlage besteht aus einem, dem Durchmesser des Brunnens bzw. Behälters angepassten, runden Reinigungskopf (1) mit am Außenumfang angeordneten Kavitations- und Hochdruckdüsen (2), weiter einer darüber angeordneten und mit dem Reinigungskopf (1) mechanisch verbundenen Schmutzwasserpumpe (3), deren Ansaugöffnung mittig innerhalb einer Abschirmhaube (4) liegt und eine Schmutzwasserabführung (5) zu einem externen Auffangbehälter besitzt und diese Abschirmhaube (4) zum Reinigungskopf (1) einen umlaufenden Absaugspalt (6) besitzt und die Kavitations- und Hochdruckdüsen (2) des Reinigungskopfes (1) über eine Hochdruckleitung (7) mit einer externen Hochdruckpumpe (13) verbunden sind und unterhalb des Reinigungskopfes (1) ein Videokopf (8) und weiter darunter ein dem Durchmesser des Brunnens bzw. Behälters angepassten Auffangsiebkorb (9) angeordnet sind, wobei von den entsprechenden Bauteilen, wie z. B. Schmutzwasserpumpe (3), Energieversorgungs- und Steuerleitungen zu einem externen Schaltpult außerhalb des Brunnens bzw. der zu reinigenden Anlage geführt sind.Beim Verfahren zur Reinigung von Brunnenanlagen wird der Reinigungskopf (1) über ein Seil in den Brunnenschacht abgelassen. Anschließend werden die Hochdruckpumpe 13 und die Schmutzwasserpumpe 3 gleichzeitig in Betrieb gesetzt und damit auch die Kavitations- und Hochdruckdüsen 2 aktiviert. Eine Absaugung der abgetragenen Verunreinigungen und Partikel direkt im Bereich der Kavitations- und Hochdruckdüsen 2 erfolgt durch die Schmutzwasserabsaugung 6.
