Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verdeck eines Cabriolet-Fahrzeugs mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a convertible top of a convertible vehicle having the features of the preamble of patent claim 1.

Das Verdeckgestänge umfasst bezogen auf eine vertikale Verdecklängsmittelebene beidseits jeweils eine Gestängeanordnung, die in der Schließstellung einen jeweiligen seitlichen Rahmen des betreffenden Fahrzeugdaches bildet und eine Verdeckseitendichtung umfasst, die mit Seitenfenstern des betreffenden Fahrzeugs zur Abdichtung des Fahrzeuginnenraums zusammenwirkt. Die Gestängeanordnungen umfassen jeweils eine Hauptsäule, die insbesondere von einem Hauptlenker einer Hauptmehrgelenkanordnung gebildet sein kann, die an einem betreffenden fahrzeugfesten Hauptlager schwenkbar gelagert ist. An der Hauptsäule ist ein heckseitiges Dichtungsprofil der Verdeckseitendichtung angeordnet, das in der Schließstellung des Verdecks mit bugseitig hiervon angeordneten Dichtungsprofilen dieser Verdeckseitendichtung fluchtet. Die Fixierung des Dichtungsprofils an der Hauptsäule erfolgt bei bisherigen Verdecken mittels einer Fassungsschiene, die an einem Haltewinkel befestigt ist, der an der Hauptsäule befestigt ist. Im Bereich der Hauptsäule sind folglich die Schnittstellen Hauptsäule/Haltewinkel, Haltewinkel/Verdeckbezug, Haltewinkel/Innenhimmel und Haltewinkel/Fassungsschiene des Dichtungsprofils ausgebildet. Das Verdeck nach der Erfindung zeichnet sich also dadurch aus, dass es an den Hauptsäulen jeweils in Form der Halteschiene ein Bauelement aufweist, an dem mehrere Schnittstellen integriert werden können. So bildet die Halteschiene, die einen im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt hat, ein Aufnahmeelement für das heckseitige Dichtungsprofil der betreffenden Verdeckseitendichtung und auch ein Anbindungselement für den Innenhimmel des Verdecks. Es ist damit eine Bauteilintegration realisiert, mit der gegenüber bisherigen Lösungen Bauteile entfallen können. Dies schlägt sich in einer Vereinfachung der Fertigung bzw. Montage nieder. Auch der Aufwand für die Feinjustage des Verdecks verringert sich durch die Bauteilintegration. Die gegenüber dem Stand der Technik geringere Zahl an Bauteilen führt zudem zu einer Eliminierung von Fugen, was wiederrum zu einer guten optischen Anmutung des Verdecks führt. Durch die Eliminierung von bisher erforderlichen Bauteilen können auch Gewicht, Teilekosten und Werkzeugkosten eingespart werden. Durch die einfachere Montage kann ferner auf bisher benötigte Montagewerkzeuge verzichtet werden.
