Abstract
Die Erfindung handelt von einem Extrusionswerkzeug für Thermoplaste in Kombination mit Silikonen. Mit diesem Werkzeug ist es möglich direkt Hart-Weich Verbunde in Form von Platten, Rohren und Profilen herzustellen. Idee hierbei ist es Silikone haftend auf Thermoplaste inline aufzutragen. Stand der Technik ist, dass hier haftende Silikone zum Einsatz kommen, die vor allem auf PBT und PA halten. Für Polyolefine sind keine haftende Silikone und für Polycarbonat nur wenig haftende Silikone bekannt, die ohne Vorbehandlung haften.
Die Idee betrifft nun ein Werkzeug mit einer integrierten Vorbehandlung (UVC Strahlung) und einer nachgeschalteten (IR) - Heizung zur Herstellung von speziell Polycarbonat-Silikon sowie Polyolefin-Silikon Verbunde. Weitere Thermoplast-Silikon Verbunde sind vorstellbar. Abbildung 1 zeigt eine Ideenskizze zur Realisierung des Extrusionswerkzeug, mit 1 Düse Thermoplast, mit UVC Vorbehandlung mit 3 Düse Silikon, mit 4 IR Vorbehandlung, mit 5 Thermoplast, mit 6 Silikon.
The invention relates to an extrusion tool for thermoplastics in combination with silicones. With this tool it is possible to produce hard-soft composites in the form of plates, tubes and profiles. The idea here is to apply silicones adhering to thermoplastics inline. The state of the art is that here adhering silicones are used, which hold mainly on PBT and PA. For polyolefins, no adhesive silicones and only slightly adhering silicones for polycarbonate are known, which adhere without pretreatment.
The idea now concerns a tool with an integrated pretreatment (UVC radiation) and a downstream (IR) heater for the production of especially polycarbonate-silicone as well as polyolefin-silicone composites. Further thermoplastic silicone composites are conceivable. Figure 1 shows an idea sketch for the realization of the extrusion tool, with 1 nozzle thermoplastic, with UVC pretreatment with 3 nozzle silicone, with 4 IR pre-treatment, with 5 thermoplastic, with 6 silicone.

Vorteil der Erfindung ist, dass im Coextrusionsverfahren Platten, Rohre, Profile mit einer weichen Silikonschicht hergestellt werden können. Momentan werden viele Bauteile mit einer weichen Oberfläche im Spritzgießverfahren hergestellt. Extrudierte Bauteile sind in der Regel günstiger, da der Maschineninvest kleiner ist und der Durchsatz größer. Insbesondere für die thermoplastischen Materialien PP und PC bietet das Vorbehandlungsverfahren große Vorteile. Erste Versuche zeigten, dass eine UV vorbehandelte Polycarbonatplatte mit einem Festsilikon(HCR) verbunden werden konnte. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist nun die nötige Oberflächenvorbehandlung inline im Extrusionsprozess zu realisieren. Besonders hierbei ist, dass die Vorbehandlung im Extrusionswerkzeug stattfindet und somit auf nachgelagerte Prozessschritte verzichtet werden kann.Advantage of the invention is that in the coextrusion process plates, tubes, profiles can be made with a soft silicone layer.
