Description
The invention relates to a device for moving and supplying electrical energy to a component, to a method for operating such a device, and to a production system for producing at least one component region of a component which comprises such a device.
In many technical applications, it is necessary to supply moving components or components with electrical power. In particular, this applies, for example, to manufacturing processes and the associated production facilities, which are necessary for their implementation. These production systems can be used, for example, for the purpose of processing, positioning, assembly and / or heat treatment of component materials, component regions or finished components. There are a variety of manufacturing processes known that allow for economic production or processing depending on product complexity, material and anvisierter quantity. In particular, additive manufacturing processes and systems are known which enable the layered construction of components from a shapeless component material. With these methods, for example, plastics, metals or ceramic materials can be processed. Metallic components are produced in particular by means of selective laser melting and / or laser sintering devices. Here, metal powder serves as a component material. In a first step, a layer of defined thickness of metal powder is drawn out onto a substrate plate. Subsequently, surfaces and contours are solidified by means of a laser or electron beam (eg, sintered or fused) according to a virtually sliced CAD model. In the next step, the construction platform is lowered and another layer of powder is raised, which is selectively solidified again. These steps are repeated until the component areas or components are or are completed. Further, various heat treatment methods and heating methods are known, such as electrical resistance heating or radiant heating. Likewise, heating methods are known which are based on the principle of induction. These are used, for example, in the hardening and heat treatment of components or component areas and for preheating in the welding processing of difficult-to-weld component materials, such as heat-resistant nickel-base superalloys, high-alloy steels, high-carbon iron base materials, precipitation-hardened aluminum alloys, copper materials or intermetallic materials (eg TiAl). used. Against this background, it is necessary to supply a plurality of movable components with electrical energy. Such components or components may be, for example, induction coils, heating plates, radiant heaters, electric motors powered grippers, spindles or other processing tools. These must be moved in different positions and can be supplied with electrical power during their movement and / or their use.
According to the prior art, so-called flexible leads or hose cables are often provided for this purpose, which enable a movement and / or the operation of a corresponding electrical load, such as a machining tool, gripper, heating element or an induction coil. A disadvantage of such flexible hose cables, however, that the ohmic resistance of the hose cable increases with increasing length, so that the maximum range of motion is limited by a maximum length of the hose for a given cable cross-section and a given power or with a given cable cross-section with increasing cable length, the available electrical Performance is limited. If, however, the line cross-section is increased for a higher transferable electrical power, the mobility of the hose cable is limited by lower mechanical elasticity. In addition, during movement of the hose cables, they are mechanically stressed by deformation, so that the life of the hose cable is limited. Furthermore, uncontrolled movements of the hose assemblies may result in problems due to entanglement of the hose assemblies with components of the apparatus or adjacent equipment or the like.
Another problem is that, when used in the field of manufacturing equipment, contaminants or abrasion may be deposited as a result of wear, which may disturb the mobility and / or electrical energy supply of the component.
Object of the present invention is to provide a device for movement and electrical power supply of a device, which allows reliable mobility and electrical contacting of a device over long periods of operation in polluting environments. Further objects of the invention are to provide a method for operating such a device as well as a production line for producing at least one component area of a component which comprises such a device.
The objects are achieved by a device having the features of claim 1, by a method according to
A first aspect of the invention relates to a device for moving and supplying electrical energy to a component, comprising at least one holding element, to which the component can be fixed, and at least one guide device for guiding the at least one holding element along at least one movement path, wherein the holding element and the guide device along the at least one movement path is electrically coupled via at least one sliding contact and wherein the device comprises at least one overpressure sealing device which has a protective space in which the at least one sliding contact is arranged at least regionally, wherein the overpressure sealing device is designed to have an increased internal pressure in relation to an ambient pressure To create shelter. With the device according to the invention, the electrical energy supply of the device thus takes place via a sliding contact, which can also be referred to as sliding contact, while the mobility of the device is achieved by the holding element, on which the device can be fixed and in the manner of a carriage along a through the guide device certain movement path is movable. The sliding contact can be formed by appropriate design basically directly by the holding element and the guide device. For example, the sliding contact may be formed by a guide rail of the guide device and a holder-side current collector. Alternatively, an additional sliding contact can be provided between the holding element and the guide device, via which the holding element and the guide device are at least electrically coupled. The electrical contact or the power supply of the component is thus realized even with a movement of the retaining element via abutting sliding contact surfaces of the sliding contact. This can in contrast to hose cables, strands or the like reduce the wear and increase the service life, which reduces maintenance costs or costs. On the other hand, comparatively large sliding contact surfaces can thus be realized, so that the electrical supply line can also be designed for larger outputs. The adjoining sliding contact surfaces can in principle be formed by any suitable material pairings. In general, for example, the use of an electrically conductive plastic or even paper is conceivable, preferably at least one of the sliding contact surfaces is formed by a metal. It may also be preferred that the sliding contact surfaces are formed by two materials of different hardness, for. As copper and graphite. A sliding contact surface can be formed by the relatively movable holding element itself or by a coating of the holding element in the region of the contact. It may, for example, a brush form the sliding contact surface, the contact so be a brush contact. Preferably, however, a continuous or flat material forms the sliding contact surface (s). In general, "a" within the scope of this disclosure are to be read as indefinite articles, that is to say always without expressly stated otherwise as "at least one" / "at least one". The term "trained to" in the context of the present disclosure means to understand that not only have a fundamental suitability for the action in question, but the concrete hardware and / or software-based are set up so that they actually perform the action in question can. As will also become apparent in detail below, the electrical supply line can thus also be guided via a plurality of sliding contacts constructed in each case in the manner of a sliding contact, which enables correspondingly more complex movement patterns of the component. The holding element can basically provide two connection points or poles in order to be able to realize an electrical circuit for the electrical component. In this case, a slide bearing or a sliding contact is preferably provided for each pole, wherein sliding contacts for different electrical poles are preferably to be galvanically insulated from each other in order to avoid short circuits. By virtue of the fact that the device comprises at least one overpressure sealing device which has a protective space in which the at least one sliding contact is arranged at least regionally, wherein the overpressure sealing device is designed to generate an inner pressure in the protective space which is elevated in relation to an ambient pressure, it is also possible to establish the electrical contact and mobility of the device to ensure even in long periods of operation in polluting environments. With the help of the relative overpressure in the interior of the shelter against the ambient or external pressure, the ingress of contaminants such as dust, powder residues, weld spatter, smoke, process products, abrasion, etc. is reliably prevented and permanently ensured the electrical contact of the sliding contact. Furthermore, the device according to the invention can be used in various production plant types, for example in welding plants or generative laser sintering or melting plants. The device according to the invention therefore allows to ensure clean sliding contact surfaces, increasing the possible operating times, the Ensuring robust, consistent electrical contact conditions, avoiding the disruptive effects of contamination, and using a broader range of materials, as even materials that are more prone to abrasion can be easily used or processed. In the simplest embodiment of the invention, the overpressure sealing device can act on the shelter with air or the gas or gas mixture from the atmosphere surrounding the shelter.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the shelter is bounded at least partially by a housing and a relative to the housing movable, coupled to the holding member carriage. This is a structurally simple and robust way to be able to reliably supply the holding element during the movement with electrical energy. The holding element can in principle be connected via one or more further components to the carriage. Alternatively, the holding element may be directly connected to the carriage or formed integrally therewith.
A particularly reliable protection against contamination is achieved in a further embodiment of the invention in that the carriage and the housing via at least one sealing element, in particular a labyrinth seal and / or a brush seal, are sealed against each other. In this way, the carriage can be moved relative to the housing, without causing leaks, which could possibly reduce a pressure prevailing in the shelter overpressure.
Further advantages result from the housing having a gas inlet for introducing inert gas into the shelter. This allows easy exposure of the shelter with an inert gas or gas mixture, for example with nitrogen or one or more noble gases (helium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon, radon) and any mixtures thereof (Ar-He, Ar-N, Ne-He, Ar-He-N etc.). Exposure to the protective space with inert gas reduces the risk of ignition, for example, from metal particles, abrasion particles or welding equipment from smokes or other process products. In addition, graphite can be used for sliding contact in this case. Thus, the at least one sliding contact is in a chemically protected environment. It can be provided that the overpressure sealing device has its own reservoir and optionally one or more pumps for the protective gas. Alternatively, the protective gas can be fed into the shelter via an already existing protective gas system of an associated production plant.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention it is provided that the carriage is translationally and / or rotationally movable relative to the housing. By a translational and / or rotational mobility, the relative positioning of carriage or holding element and housing can be adjusted to each other particularly precise and needs. It can be provided that the carriage and thus the holding element along one, two, three or more axes is translationally and / or rotationally movable relative to the guide means to allow a particularly flexible applicability of the device in the room. The guide device of the device for guiding the holding element may comprise at least one rotary bearing for rotational movement of the holding element and / or a guide rail for translational movement of the holding element. In one embodiment of the guide device as a pivot bearing, the guide device can comprise at least one bushing and a shaft rotatably received therein as well as also rolling and / or sliding elements or rolling and / or sliding surfaces, such as e.g. Ball bearings or the like include.
Further advantages result from the sliding contact comprising at least one guide rail. The at least one guide rail is preferably arranged along the movement path along which the holding element can move. The motion path may be straight and / or curved. Accordingly, the guide rail can be made straight and / or curved. In addition, it is also conceivable that the at least one guide rail is segmented, so that a plurality of guide segments can be arranged along the movement path. The guide segments can be connected to each other via interfaces with which it can be ensured that the electrical power supply is ensured through the sliding contact without gaps. A guide rail may be substantially U-shaped in cross-section, wherein the U-shape may be formed by two legs and a base, which include a receiving space in which a drive and / or at least one power line are arranged. This results in a space-saving and effectively usable design of the device including the electrical power supply.
A particularly reliable electrical contact in case of a relative movement between the housing and carriage is ensured in a further embodiment in that at least one guide rail on the housing and at least one electrical pickup which can be coupled to the holding element, are fixed to the carriage.
It has been shown to be advantageous in a further embodiment, when the at least one customer is positively and / or materially connected to the carriage. This allows a particularly reliable determination of the pickup on the carriage. Alternatively or additionally, it has proven to be advantageous if the at least one pickup is guided out of the protection space by the carriage. This facilitates the electrical contacting of the holding element or of the component to be supplied with electrical energy.
A particularly gas-tight arrangement and thus a reliable maintenance of an overpressure within the shelter is achieved in a further embodiment in that at least one customer is sealed by means of at least one sealing element relative to the carriage and / or against at least one other customer.
Schleifkontakt.Further advantages result from the component to be moved and to be supplied with electrical energy comprising at least one induction coil for inductively heating a component and / or a component material. As a result, the device can be designed as an induction device which can inductively heat a component or a component region with the aid of the at least one induction coil. In the case of a generative manufacturing, by the component is heated inductively during its manufacture, for. B. cracking in the component due to temperature gradient can be prevented. Likewise, better surface qualities can be produced. This is a preferred field of application of such an inductive device, but inductive heating can also be of interest, for example, in welding difficult-to-weld materials, for example during laser welding. By the induction coil is fixed to the support member and can be supplied via the sliding contact with electrical energy, the at least one induction coil can be preferably brought into different relative arrangements relative to the guide device automatically to heat components or component areas targeted. This makes it possible to position and adapt the inductive heating to various parameters such as the component geometry, the component materials or the machining progress. To operate the induction coil, it can be connected via the sliding contact and corresponding electrical leads to a resonant circuit, so that they can be acted upon by an alternating voltage. The electrical contact, via which the electrical supply line is realized to the movable induction coil, so is the sliding or sliding contact.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, a cleaning device is provided with at least one brush device, by means of which at least the retaining element and / or the guide rail can be cleaned or are. This is a structurally simple way to ensure clean sliding contact surfaces, higher operating times and robust, consistent electrical contact conditions. If the sliding contact is a brush contact or comprises a brush contact, the brush of the brush contact in one embodiment of the invention not only for electrical contact but also be used for cleaning. The aspect of the brush device may also be considered as an independent aspect of the invention and be realized independently of the pressure-sealing device and the possibility of generating a fluid flow. In other words, in an alternative embodiment of the invention, the cleaning device may comprise only one or more brush devices, but no means for generating a fluid flow, and in particular no overpressure seal device. Alternatively, the at least one brush device may be provided in addition to means for generating a fluid flow or in addition to an overpressure sealing device. For example, the holding element can carry one or more brushes, which brush off the adjacent area of the guide rail when moving the holding element and thus free it of adhering dirt. Conversely, a guide rail can be provided with a brush. Likewise, at least one brush can be provided on a separate brush element, which can be actuated or moved independently of the holding element and / or the guide rail.
A second aspect of the invention relates to a method for operating a device according to the first aspect of the invention, in which at least one component fixed to the holding element is moved, wherein the holding element is guided along at least one movement path when moving by means of the guide device and along the holding element and the guide device the at least one movement path is electrically coupled via at least one sliding contact in order to supply the component with electrical energy, and wherein the at least one sliding contact is arranged at least partially in the protective space of the overpressure sealing device and an inner pressure increased relative to an ambient pressure is generated in the protective space. The inventive method thus ensures clean sliding contact surfaces, longer operating times and robust, consistent electrical contact conditions. In addition, disturbing influences by impurities both in terms of mobility and on the electrical power supply of the Prevented component. Finally, a wider range of materials can be used and / or processed, as materials that are more prone to abrasion do not lead to agitation and / or energy supply problems. Further features and their advantages can be found in the descriptions of the first aspect of the invention, wherein advantageous embodiments of the first aspect of the invention are to be regarded as advantageous embodiments of the second aspect of the invention and vice versa.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the increased compared to the ambient pressure internal pressure is generated by introducing a protective gas in the shelter. Thus, the at least one sliding contact is in a protected environment. It can be provided that the overpressure sealing device has its own reservoir and optionally one or more pumps for the protective gas. Alternatively, the protective gas can be fed into the shelter via an already existing protective gas system of an associated production plant.
A third aspect of the invention relates to a production plant for producing at least one component region of a component, in particular a component of a turbomachine comprising at least one device according to the first aspect of the invention, by means of which at least one component movable and for heating the component and / or a component material with electrical energy is available. Due to the possibility of an overpressure seal and the protection of the at least one sliding contact of the device, the production plant according to the invention thus enables higher operating times and robust, constant electrical contact conditions even under soiling-intensive operating conditions, whereby the at least one component or at least one component region of the at least one component is correspondingly more reliable and reliable can be heated more precisely and further processed. Finally, a wider range of materials may be used and / or processed, as materials that are more prone to abrasion do not result in motion and / or energy issues with the device used for heating. Further features and their advantages can be found in the descriptions of the first and second aspect of the invention, with advantageous embodiments of the first and second aspects of the invention to be regarded as advantageous embodiments of the third aspect of the invention and vice versa.
It may be provided that the production system is designed as a selective laser melting and / or laser sintering device. Due to the local and individually adaptable to the geometry of the component to be produced heating of the component or component material by means of the device or the component, it is possible that especially in the use of high-temperature alloys or of generally difficult melt-weldable component materials hot cracking and the like during manufacture the component can be reliably prevented.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the manufacturing plant has a working space which can be filled with a protective gas by means of a protective gas device of the production plant and in which at least the protective space of the overpressure sealing device is arranged. The working space, which can also be referred to as a process chamber, can thus be flooded with protective gas before a specific process step, in order to prevent impairment of the relevant process step and to ensure high process quality. With the help of the pressure sealing device of the device according to the invention thereby oxygen nests and "dead spots", that is difficult to access areas that are not or insufficiently flushed with inert gas (can), be eliminated, which on the one hand improves the purity of the inert gas atmosphere and on the other hand speeds up the flooding process which contributes to shorter process times and higher clock rates. The protective gas device of the manufacturing plant can be used in one embodiment for generating a protective gas overpressure in the protective space of the device, so that in this case can be dispensed with an additional protective gas supply of the pressure-sealing device.
