Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zumindest zur Verringerung einer Kollisionsschwere für ein Fahrzeug (2) mit einer Umgebungssensorik, mittels welcher eine Fahrzeugumgebung und sich in dieser befindende Objekte erfasst werden. Erfindungsgemäß werden bei erfasster, dem Fahrzeug (2) bevorstehender Kollision mit einem nachfolgenden Fahrzeug (3) entweder Bremsleuchten (5) des Fahrzeuges (2) aktiviert, welche in einer vorgegebenen Frequenz aufleuchten. Zusätzlich wird einem Fahrer des Fahrzeuges (2) ein Hinweis zum Fahrspurwechsel ausgegeben und in Abhängigkeit erfasster Signale der Umgebungssensorik wird der Fahrspurwechsel automatisch eingeleitet. Alternativ werden die Bremsleuchten (5) des Fahrzeuges (2) aktiviert, welche in einer vorgegebenen Frequenz aufleuchten, dem Fahrer des Fahrzeuges (2) wird der Hinweis zum Fahrspurwechsel ausgegeben und das Fahrzeug (2) wird nach einer Kollision mit dem nachfolgenden Fahrzeug (3) automatisch abgebremst.The invention relates to a method at least for reducing a collision severity for a vehicle (2) with an environmental sensor system, by means of which a vehicle environment and objects located in it are detected. Im Allgemeinen ist bekannt, dass ein Fahrzeug eine Umgebungssensorik zur Erfassung einer Fahrzeugumgebung und sich in dieser befindende Objekte aufweist. Ein Verfahren zumindest zur Verringerung einer Kollisionsschwere für ein Fahrzeug mit einer Umgebungssensorik sieht vor, dass mittels der Umgebungssensorik eine Fahrzeugumgebung und sich in dieser befindende Objekte erfasst werden. Erfindungsgemäß werden bei erfasster, dem Fahrzeug bevorstehender Kollision mit einem nachfolgenden Fahrzeug entweder Bremsleuchten des Fahrzeuges aktiviert, welche in einer vorgegebenen Frequenz aufleuchten, einem Fahrer des Fahrzeuges wird ein Hinweis zum Fahrspurwechsel ausgegeben und in Abhängigkeit erfasster Signale der Umgebungssensorik wird ein Fahrspurwechsel automatisch eingeleitet oder die Bremsleuchten des Fahrzeuges werden aktiviert, welche in einer vorgegebenen Frequenz aufleuchten, dem Fahrer des Fahrzeuges wird der Hinweis zum Fahrspurwechsel ausgegeben und das Fahrzeug wird nach einer Kollision mit dem nachfolgenden Fahrzeug automatisch abgebremst. Mittels des Verfahrens wird das Risiko eines Auffahrunfalles, beispielsweise aufgrund von Unachtsamkeit, insbesondere im Fall eines Nichtvorhandenseins eines geschwindigkeitsabhängigen Abstandsregeltempomats und/oder eines Bremsassistenten des nachfolgenden Fahrzeuges, wesentlich verringert, wodurch die Sicherheit im Straßenverkehr erhöht wird.A method at least for reducing a collision severity for a vehicle with an environmental sensor system provides that a vehicle environment and objects located in it are detected by means of the environmental sensor system.
