Description
The invention relates to a suction nozzle for a vacuum cleaner for sucking dirt and / or dust from a floor by means of a Saugluftströmung with a housing, a suction chamber formed within the housing, opening into the suction chamber suction channel for guiding the Saugluftströmung and a bottom opening of the suction chamber trained suction mouth.
Suction nozzles, also known as attachments, abbreviated as nozzles or depending on the purpose as hard floor or carpet nozzles, are known in practice and are usually used together with a vacuum cleaner for sucking dirt and / or dust from a floor. Vacuum cleaners with such suction nozzles regularly have a base housing in which an electrically operated suction fan motor is arranged to build up a suction air flow. The suction nozzle is typically connected via a flexible suction hose and / or a handling tube, often also flow-tight directly to the base housing of the vacuum cleaner. In vacuum robots, the suction nozzle is generally integrated into the basic housing itself. At the suction nozzle, a row of bristles or the like for releasing dirt and / or dust from a floor is often provided. The so detached from the ground dust and / or dirt is entrained by the Saugluftströmung and usually secreted in a arranged in the base housing dust collecting space in a dust filter bag.
The dirt or dust to be cleaned from the floor is classified into coarse material and fine dust based on the respective particle size. From the prior art, on the one hand for receiving coarse material optimized suction nozzles are known, while again other suction nozzles are designed for a particularly good absorption of fine dust. For example, hard floor nozzles are often not designed to absorb coarse material, while other suction nozzles exist, which can be manually switched by means of a foot switch between the inclusion of coarse material and fine dust. By pressing the foot switch a bristle strip is often extended out of the suction nozzle, by which the distance of the suction nozzle is increased to the ground, so that coarse material can be better absorbed or sucked. Ultimately, however, it is the case that the suction nozzles known from the prior art either satisfy only one of the competing and therefore opposite requirements, ie are predestined either for coarse material or for fine dust absorption, or else have to be manually switched by the operator between different operating modes.
Based on this, it is an object of the invention to provide a suction nozzle which can be used universally for receiving dirt and / or dust of different particle size. In particular, the suction nozzle to allow the inclusion of both coarse material and fine dust, without requiring an operating mode of the suction nozzle must be manually switched. Moreover, it is desirable that such a suction nozzle is characterized by a low pushing force and / or a low noise emission.
The object is achieved by the features of the independent claim. Advantageous embodiments are specified in the subclaims.
Accordingly, the solution of the problem lies in a suction nozzle for a vacuum cleaner for sucking dirt and / or dust from a floor by means of a Saugluftströmung with a housing, a suction chamber formed within the housing, a opening into the suction chamber suction channel for guiding the Saugluftströmung and as The suction mouth has a central suction mouth section and two lateral suction mouth sections enclosing the central suction mouth section and the suction mouth is designed such that a proportion of ≥ 40% and ≤65% of the suction air flow flows through the central suction mouth section.
An essential point of the invention lies in the targeted division of the suction air flow between the central suction mouth section and the two lateral suction mouth sections, so that separate regions for the absorption of fine dust, in particular through the lateral suction mouth sections, and for coarse material, in particular through the central suction mouth section, are created , The individual through the lateral Saugmundabschnitte and the central Saugmundabschnitt passing Saugluftströmungen meet in the region of the suction channel to each other, from where the Saugluftströmung is carried away with the sucked up dirt or dust from the ground, for example, through a connecting piece from the suction nozzle. The presently selected terminology for describing the arrangement of the parts of the suction nozzle is such that it is assumed that a position and orientation of the suction nozzle, as in the operating case when sucking a soil, in which the suction nozzle is placed on the floor and moves over this becomes.
By the proposed division of the suction air flow with a share of ≥ 40% and ≤ 65% for the central suction mouth section and preferably ≤ 60% and ≥ 35% for the lateral suction mouth sections can be an optimal uptake of particulate matter, especially of dirt and / or dust with smaller particle size, as well as coarse material, in particular of dirt and / or dust on the other hand larger particle size reach. Because the fact that the proportion of ≥ 40% and ≤ 65% of Saugluftströmung flows through the central suction mouth, a sufficiently high flow rate or a large volume flow is achieved in the lateral suction mouth sections, which, compared to known from the prior art embodiments , a very good fine dust absorption allows. The resulting high negative pressure can be realized in an advantageous manner with a comparatively small area of the suction nozzle subject to negative pressure. Accordingly, the proposed suction nozzle is characterized by a low pushing force. Since no manual switching of different operating modes for sucking fine dust and coarse material is necessary, the suction nozzle allows a particularly simple work. In addition, the suction nozzle is characterized in a further advantageous manner by a low noise emission. As a result, the proposed suction nozzle, by dividing the suction air flow between the central suction mouth section and the two side suction mouth sections, preferably flanking the central suction mouth section, enables a particularly high suction performance both in the absorption of fine dust and coarse material.
An even better suction performance can be achieved if a proportion of ≥ 42% and ≤ 60%, preferably ≥ 44% and ≤ 50%, most preferably 45% of the suction air flow flows through the central suction mouth section. Thus, if the suction mouth is for example designed such that 45% of the suction air flow flows through the central suction mouth section, then the remaining 55% of the suction air flow preferably flows through the two lateral suction mouth sections. The remaining portion preferably divides evenly between the two lateral suction mouth sections, so that, for example, 27.5% of the suction air flow flow through each lateral suction air section. A uniform division can be achieved for example by a symmetrical, in particular mirror-symmetrical design of the two lateral suction mouth sections. In each case ≥ 17.5% and ≤ 30% of the suction air flow flow through the two lateral suction air sections.
According to a preferred embodiment, the suction mouth has a shape in the manner of an isosceles triangle, wherein preferably the suction channel opens in the region of the tip between the legs of the triangle in the thus formed suction chamber, the central suction mouth section from the suction channel to the base of the isosceles triangle and the side suction mouth portions extend from the suction channel along the respective legs of the isosceles triangle to the tip-opposite corners of the isosceles triangle. As a result of the proposed embodiment, a coarse material region formed by the central suction mouth section is arranged in the forward stroke of the suction nozzle essentially in front of the fine dust region formed by the lateral suction mouth sections. The lateral suction mouth sections preferably adjoin the central suction mouth section at the corners of the isosceles triangle arranged opposite the tip. Thus, the fine dust absorption in corner regions of the suction nozzle and up to the front of the suction nozzle is advantageously made possible.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the two lateral suction mouth sections extend away from the suction channel in each case to one side of the suction nozzle in such a way that the angle between the longitudinal extension directions of the two lateral suction mouth sections is 45 ° ≦ α ≦ 160 °, preferably 90 ° ≦ α ≦ 135 °, most preferably 135 °, or that extend the two lateral suction mouth sections of the suction channel in a curve to each other away. If the two lateral suction mouth sections extend linearly or approximately linearly between the suction channel and the sides of the suction nozzle, for example along the legs of a suction mouth designed in the shape of an isosceles triangle, the central suction mouth section preferably has a triangular shape in the shape of an isosceles triangle whose Base is oriented towards the front of the suction nozzle.
According to a preferred development, the suction mouth has a further central suction mouth section and two further lateral suction mouth sections enclosing the further central suction mouth section, wherein the central suction mouth section and the further central suction mouth section extend away from the suction channel in opposite directions such that the two lateral suction mouth sections and two further lateral suction mouth sections form an x-shaped arrangement. Such a designed suction nozzle can accommodate coarse material both in the forward stroke and in the return stroke. Preferably, the suction nozzle in the forward stroke and in the return stroke is symmetrical, in particular designed mirror-symmetrical. More preferably, the suction channel in plan view represents the center of this embodiment, of which the central suction mouth with the two lateral suction mouth and in particular mirror-symmetrically opposite the other central suction mouth with the other lateral Extend suction mouth sections away. In this embodiment, instead of manually rotating a suction nozzle known from the prior art by 180 °, an operator can simply move the suction nozzle back and forth to receive coarse material in both the forward stroke and the return stroke.
According to a particularly preferred development, the lateral suction mouth sections are respectively delimited by inner and outer lateral flow seal means extending from the suction channel to the sides of the suction nozzle such that the central suction mouth section is bounded by the inner lateral flow seal means of the respective lateral suction mouth sections. In principle, the inner and outer flow sealing means can be configured arbitrarily for sealing the suction air flow, for example at least partially as a bulge or projection of the housing in the direction of the floor. Preferably, the lateral flow seal means are designed as bristle strips, as a single or multi-row arrangement of bristle tufts, as a sealing lip and / or as a combination thereof. The bristles or the sealing lip preferably extends vertically away from the housing towards the ground. More preferably, the flow seal means are flexible, so that when moving the suction nozzle in the usual direction on the ground befindliches coarse material or fine dust under the bristles or the sealing lip can pass into the central suction mouth and / or the lateral suction mouth.
Particularly preferably, the lateral flow sealing means extend linearly from the suction channel to the sides of the suction nozzle. The outer lateral flow sealing means are preferably arranged on an edge of the suction nozzle and thus preferably extend along the entire edge. In the region of the suction channel, the two outer flow sealing means are preferably configured in one piece and very particularly preferably curve into one another. The suction channel preferably has a round or oval-shaped cross section, which is limited in the mouth region at least partially by the outer lateral flow seal means. On the sides of the suction nozzle, or in the case of a suction mouth in the manner of an isosceles triangle at the corners of the triangle, the lateral suction mouth sections are preferably opened, for example by a U-shaped side window through which particulate matter can flow into the respective lateral suction mouth section.
For the front-side configuration of the central suction mouth section, there are fundamentally different possibilities. In an advantageous manner, the coarse material region formed by the central suction mouth section is made more open to the lateral suction mouth sections, for example by a larger opening width between bottom and effective nozzle edge of the central suction mouth section, so that a higher volume flow for receiving coarse material than the lateral suction mouth sections is produced. According to a particularly preferred embodiment it is provided in this context that the suction nozzle has a front flow seal means, which is designed and arranged to limit the central suction mouth section at least partially in the front side of the suction nozzle. The front flow seal means preferably extends at the central suction mouth section between the two lateral suction mouth sections, wherein a gap is particularly preferably formed between the front flow seal means and the lateral suction mouth sections and the inner lateral flow seal means.
According to a further preferred embodiment, a means for acoustic shielding is provided, which is arranged in the central suction mouth portion in Saugluftströmungsrichtung between the front of the suction nozzle and the suction channel. By the means for acoustic shielding, the noise emission of the suction nozzle can be reduced, in particular in the case of a previously mentioned open geometry of the central suction mouth section. The acoustic shielding means is particularly designed such that the volume of suction air flow caused in the suction mode is not more than 80 dB (A).
Preferably, the acoustic shielding means extends from the housing into the suction space, in one embodiment extending to the floor and in another configuration spaced from the floor. The acoustic shielding means may be embodied as a plastic part, for example integrally molded with the housing of the suction nozzle, but it is also possible to provide a bristle row, a bristle strip, a sealing lip or the like as a means for acoustic shielding. In this way, on the one hand, the coarse material to be sucked up from the ground can easily pass through the bristle strips or the sealing lip in order to reach the central suction mouth section. On the other hand, is reduced by the bristle strip or the sealing lip of the escape of noise emissions generated by the Saugluftströmung.
There are fundamentally different possibilities for the dimensioning of the lateral suction mouth sections and of the central suction mouth section. According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the lateral suction mouth sections are designed so that the width of the lateral Suction mouth sections and / or the height of the lateral suction mouth sections between the suction channel and the sides of the suction nozzle is reduced linearly, stepwise and / or in a curve shape or constant. The lateral suction mouth sections are preferably dimensioned the same and have a width of ≦ 60 mm, ≦ 50 mm, ≦ 40 mm or ≦ 30 mm or ≥ 20 mm, ≥ 25 mm or ≥ 30 mm, very particularly preferably 33 mm in the region of the suction channel , In the region of the sides of the suction nozzle, the width of the lateral suction mouth section is preferably reduced in comparison, preferably by 10 mm, 6 mm, 5 mm or 2 mm. The height of the lateral suction mouth section is preferably 20 mm, 22 mm, 25 mm or 30 mm. It has already been mentioned that the lateral suction mouth sections on the sides of the suction nozzle are preferably opened by a lateral, U-shaped window, which is preferably at least partially formed by the housing and the lateral flow sealing means. On the side of the suction nozzle, the lateral suction mouth section preferably has an angling, by means of which a further reduction of the width of the lateral suction mouth section by 2 mm, 5 mm or 10 mm is effected. The two inner flow sealing means preferably limit the passage of the suction air flow between the suction channel and the central suction mouth portion, wherein the opening width between the two inner flow seal means is preferably 30 mm, 32 mm, 37 mm or 40 mm, thus the proportion of ≥ 40% and ≤ 65 % of Saugluftströmung flows through the central suction mouth section.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings with reference to a preferred embodiment.
