Hinzu treten, falls die Leckage an einem ungünstigen Ort festgestellt wird, die Kosten für die Demontage des alten und die Montage des neuen Schlauches. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird ein Verfahren zur Reparatur defekter/undichter Kunststoffrohre oder -schläuche mit den folgenden Schritten vorgeschlagen:

Aufgrund der erzeugten Induktivität fließt in beiden Materialien, d. h. sowohl in dem Induktor wie auch in der Metallschicht der Reparaturhülse der gleiche Strom. Besonders geeignet für die Reparaturhülse ist eine Metallschicht aus CuNi. In diesem Fall sollte auch der Transformator des Induktors aus CuNi bestehen. Es läßt sich in diesem Fall mit sehr geringen Spannungen und Strömen von bis zu 300 Ampere arbeiten. Das Einsetzen der Reparaturhülse 5 in die Schlauchenden 1a, 1b ist wegen des Übermaßes des Außendurchmessers der Reparaturhülse im Vergleich zum Durchmesser der Innenwandung des Schlauches nur möglich, wenn erst die Schlauchenden 1a, 1b deutlich erwärmt werden, wodurch sich deren Durchmesser vergrößert. Dieses Erwärmen der Schlauchenden 1a, 1b kann z. B. mit einer handelsüblichen Heißluftpistole erfolgen. Sofern das genannte Übermaß des Außendurchmessers der Reparaturhülse 5 gegenüber dem Durchmesser der Innenwandung des Schlauches 1 mindestens 0,5 mm beträgt, sitzt nach dem Einschieben der Reparaturhülse das jeweilige Schlauchende stramm auf dieser Hülse und kann sich bei einer späteren Erwärmung durch einen Induktor nicht mehr von der Reparaturhülse lösen.In a next process step, Fig. 4 is used, a repair sleeve 5 in the separated hose according to. Das Metall des Induktors 9 ist gleich oder zumindest ähnlich dem Metall der Metallschicht 7, im vorliegenden Fall also CuNi. Angeschlossen ist der Induktor 9 an einen Induktionsgenerator, der mit einem hochfrequenten Strom von 150 bis 450 kHz durchflossen ist. Aufgrund des Induktionsfeldes fließt in den gleichen Materialien von Induktor 9 und Metallschicht 7 in diesen beiden Teilen der gleiche Strom. Die Spannung ist sehr gering, weshalb die Stromstärke bis zu 300 Ampere beträgt. Da sich Induktor 9 und die Metallschicht 7 der Reparaturhülse wegen des gleichen Stromflusses beide stark erhitzen, muß der Induktor 9 gekühlt werden. Da die Wandstärke d2 der Kunststoffschicht 8 gering ist im Verhältnis zur Wandstärke D des Schlauches 1, erfolgt eine sichere Verschmelzung zwischen der Kunststoffschicht 8 aus PFA und dem ebenfalls aus PFA bestehenden Schlauch 1, bevor dieser vollkommen in Schmelze übergehen kann, wodurch er seine erforderliche Restspannung für die Verschmelzung verlieren würde. Claims (6)

1. Verfahren zur Reparatur defekter/undichter Kunststoffrohre oder -schläuche, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:
  • a) Auftrennen des Rohres bzw. Schlauches im Bereich der defekten bzw. undichten Stelle,
  • b) Einsetzen einer aus mindestens einer inneren Metall- und einer äußeren Kunststoffschicht zusammengesetzten Reparaturhülse in den aufgetrennten Bereich, wobei die Reparaturhülse mit einem Teilabschnitt an der Innenwandung des einen und mit einem anderen Teilabschnitt an der Innenwandung des anderen Rohr- bzw. Schlauchendes anliegt,
  • c) Aufheizen der Metallschicht auf mindestens die Aufschmelztemperatur der Kunststoffschicht, hierdurch Herstellung eines Materialschlusses zwischen der aufschmelzenden Kunststoffschicht und der Innenwandung des Rohres bzw. Schlauches.
