Scheibenwischer für Fahrzeuge, welche senkrecht/waagerecht wischend sind, wobei eine einfache oder mehrfache Laufschieneneinheit unten/oben oder Fahrer/Beifahrer-Seite angeordnet ist/sind und eine Wischereinheit in Verbindung von Laufschlitten unten/Beifahrer und oben/Fahrer über diese Laufschiene gleitet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das als Antrieb ein Antriebsmotor vorgesehen ist, welcher mit seinem Zahnkranz über die als Zahnlaufschiene ausgebildete Laufschiene Läuft.Windscreen wipers for vehicles which are vertical / horizontal wiping, wherein a single or multiple track unit is arranged down / up or driver / passenger side and a wiper unit in conjunction of running slide down / passenger and above / driver slides over this track, thereby characterized in that a drive motor is provided as a drive, which runs with its sprocket over the trained as a toothed rail track rail.
Description

Ferner wird die Funktion durch intelligenten Sensor und Steuertechnik beeinflusst, um starre Wischerleisten und vereiste Scheiben (durch warme Druckluft), sowie die Abnutzung der mechanischen Einwirkung auf der Scheibe(durch anheben/Senken), minimiert. Die Steuereinheit, und der Funktionsablauf sowie die elektrische Schaltung und das Gehäuse, sind Teil des Scheibenwischer Systems. Durch Abschaffen der Klassischen alten Pendelbewegung der Scheibenwischer wird somit ein randloses Wischen der Scheibenflächen, ermöglicht und lästige Wasser/Schmutzfilm Ränder Verhindert. Durch das Betätigen des Wischers durch den Fahrer wird das Schlittensystem in Gang gesetzt, wobei die Wischereinheit Senkrecht/Waagerecht ohne Pendelbewegung über die zu reinigende Scheibenfläche läuft. Wischerlippensystem aus Silikon/Teflon und Antikratz beschichteten Metall und dem Aufnahmesystem für den Träger. Die Wischerlippen bilden eine dichte Reinigungskammer dabei wird ein Reinigungskreislauf (Zirkulationskreislauf) gebildet und die Scheibenflächen gereinigt, mit Hilfe von Druckluft kann die Reinigung verbessert werden. Das Wischen von Wassertropfen oder Wasserfilm sowie Eis/Schnee und Schmutz von der Scheibe, mit diesem System und deren Funktionsablauf, ist Bestandteil dieser Wischeinheit. Scheibenwischerlippen und Scheibe werden durch vorgewärmte Druckluft, die durch Düsen in die Reinigungskammer gespritzt wird, enteist, die Luftkissen können auch mit vorgewärmter Druckluft zum Enteisen eingesetzt werden. Scheiben werden unter einer bestimmten Temperatur automatisch enteist, oder eine Neubildung von Eis verhindert, dank neuster Warmlufttechnik, die durch die Düsen der Reinigungskammern gespeist wird. Das geschieht dabei vollautomatisch, ohne dass der Fahrer die auslösen muss. Das Wischerlippen Reinigungseinheit Hebe/Senksystem, wird mit Unterstützung von Silikonpuffern eine nötige Spannkraft gegeben, die zur Anpassung an die Scheibenform benötigt wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die Laufschienen Bestsandteil dieses Scheibenwischersystems sind, wobei der Antriebsmotor dabei mit seinem Zahnkranz die Zahnlaufschiene unten/oben läuft bzw.
