Abstract
As you grow older, about 60% of men and about 40% of women snore when they sleep. Even children can snore. In addition, audible breath sounds can occur during sleep. These snoring or breathing sounds are often distressing to themselves or other people in and for sleep, and may hinder peaceful sleep. Various respirators, mouthpieces, nose openers, etc. eliminate these noises usually not or only inadequately. The invention does not eliminate the causes of snoring or breathing sounds, but dampens or eliminates these noises, allowing for a better, healthy and quiet sleep for the noise maker as well as other people. The attenuation or elimination of snoring or breathing sounds succeeds physically optimally using the noice-canceling / anti-sounding technique in a roughly defined and defined space or volume. These conditions for damping or eliminating the snoring and sleep sounds are achievable by creating a space on or around the bed in the area of noise generation and noise absorption, which can result in a damping of noise, limits noise propagation, snoring and breathing sounds defined by means of the known noice canceling / anti-sounding technique and a transducer or receiver (eg microphone) converted into electrical signals and then by means of another transducer (eg, speakers) out of phase and radiated sound-canceling or sound-absorbing back. In addition, the named device can be supplemented with further technical extensions, so that in addition to the function of noise reduction / suppression also known and future functions such as alarm clock, audio and video, time announcement and time display and light / ambient light and sleep and health monitoring systems available are.
Description
These snoring or breathing sounds are often distressing to themselves or other people in and for sleep, and may hinder peaceful sleep. Various respirators, mouthpieces, nose openers, etc. eliminate these noises usually not or only inadequately.
The invention does not eliminate the causes of snoring or breathing sounds, but dampens or eliminates the noise, allowing a better, healthy and quiet sleep for the noise maker and other people.
The attenuation or elimination of snoring or breathing sounds succeeds physically optimally using the noice-canceling / anti-sounding technique in a roughly defined and defined space or volume. Since most snoring and breathing sounds are detected in the low-frequency range up to approx. 1,000 kHz, noice-canceling / anti-noise enables a good to complete volume reduction of these disturbing noises.

The creation of the room is possible with a fixed or flexible acoustic "hood", which can be installed uninsulated, soundproofed and permanently installed, mobile, hinged, swiveling.
