Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektromechanisch betätigbare Kraftfahrzeugbremse mit sensorloser Wegerfassung, die eine hydraulisch betätigbare Betriebsbremsfunktion und eine elektromechanisch betätigbare Feststellbremsfunktion aufweist. Eine direkte sensorische Überwachung der Aktuatoren bekannter Kraftfahrzeugbremsen ist verbesserungsfähig. Zur Lösung wird vorgeschlagen, dass dem Antriebsgetriebestrang der Kraftfahrzeugbremse zusätzlich wenigstens eine mechanische Modulationsvorrichtung 19 zugeordnet ist, die gesondert zum Kraftfluss vom Antriebsgetriebestrang und radial gerichtet an einem drehenden Antriebsgetriebestrangbauteil angreift, und einer Kennlinie vom Antriebsgetriebestrang eine elektrisch auswertbare, periodisch wiederholte Information aufprägt.The invention relates to an electromechanically actuated motor vehicle brake with sensorless travel detection, which has a hydraulically actuated service brake function and an electromechanically actuated parking brake function. Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kraftfahrzeugbremse mit einer sensorlosen Wegerfassung nach den Merkmalen vom Oberbegriff vom Patentanspruch 1. Eine elektromechanisch betätigbare Radbremse vom sogenannten Schwimmsatteltyp umfasst prinzipiell ein Bremsgehäuse und einen Halter zur fahrzeugfesten Anordnung von Bremsgehäuse und Reibbelägen am Fahrzeug. Die Kraftfahrzeugbremse kann prinzipiell ausschließlich elektromechanisch betätigbar sein, oder die elektromechanische Betätigung erstreckt sich ausschließlich auf eine Feststellbremsfunktion. Jeder Getriebemotorantrieb umfasst zu diesem Zweck einen Elektromotor der ein mehrstufiges Getriebe, insbesondere ein zweistufiges Schneckengetriebe, antreibt. Das Schneckengetriebe ist als Untersetzungsgetriebe ins Langsame ausgelegt. Dadurch wird der Vorteil erzielt, dass ein vergleichsweise kleiner, kostengünstiger Antriebsmotor mit vergleichsweise hoher Nenndrehzahl und verhältnismäßig niedrigem Drehmoment bei geringem Strombedarf ausgewählt werden kann, und wobei das Schneckengetriebe eine Drehmomentwandlung ermöglicht. Dadurch werden sowohl Kosten als auch Strombedarf und Dimension (Baugröße) des Elektromotors abgesenkt. Das Schneckengetriebe ermöglicht auch eine selbsthemmende Ausbildung, so dass prinzipiell eine stromlose (Park)Bremsfunktion realisierbar ist.
