Bei Ermittlung einer Stromdifferenz ist ein Warnsignal an einen Fahrzeuginsassen ausgebbar, so dass dieser das Fahrzeug rechtzeitig in eine Werkstatt zur Reparatur oder zum Austausch des beschädigten oder verlorenen Hauptmassebandes führen kann.
