Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Winkelgetriebe, insbesondere für Flurförderfahrzeuge, mit einer Radwelle und einem daran angebrachten Tellerrad gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1. The invention relates to an angle gear, in particular for industrial trucks, with a wheel shaft and an attached crown wheel according to the preamble of claim 1.
Aus dem Stand der Technik ist eine Vielzahl von Winkelgetrieben für Flurförderfahrzeuge bekannt. Der hier behandelte Stand der Technik bezieht sich nicht nur auf papierenen Stand der Technik, sondern auch auf Lösungen aus dem Markt. Unter Flurförderfahrzeuge sind im Rahmen der hier vorliegenden Anmeldung unter anderem Gabelstapler, handgeführte Hubsysteme und ähnliche Lösungen zu verstehen. Bei Flurförderfahrzeugen gibt es häufig die Lösung, dass lediglich ein Rad angetrieben wird und dieses Rad zugleich auch die Lenkung bildet. Da die Drehachse des antreibenden Elektromotors vertikal ausgerichtet ist und die Drehachse des Rades – und damit auch der Radwelle – horizontal ausgerichtet ist, benötigt man ein Winkelgetriebe. Dieses Winkelgetriebe ist dann als Kegelradgetriebe ausgebildet. Da in dem Kraftfluss von dem Elektromotor zur Radwelle auch eine Untersetzung stattfindet, wird dann auch in diesem Winkelgetriebe eine Übersetzung vorgenommen. Dieses bedeutet, dass das größere Tellerrad auf der Radwelle angeordnet ist, während das kleinere Ritzel sich auf der Antriebswelle befindet. In einer Ausgestaltung auf dem Markt ist das Tellerrad auf der Radwelle aufgepresst. Dieses erfolgt mittels einer Kegelpressverbindung. Bei einer anderen Lösung des Marktes ist das Tellerrad mittels eines Keilwellenprofiles drehfest mit der Radwelle verbunden. Die Kegelpressverbindung bietet den Vorteil, dass sie spielfrei ist. Zum Lösen der Verbindung ist jedoch ein erhöhter Aufwand nötig. Eine Zahnwellenverbindung ist in der Regel nicht spielfrei. Dies hat zur Folge, dass sich die Verbindung bei Lastwechsel bewegt. Eventuell kann diese Bewegung zum Lösen der Verbindung oder zu Geräuschen führen. Außerdem entsteht durch das Spiel ein erhöhtes Verdrehspiel des Getriebes. This is done by means of a cone press connection. In another solution of the market, the ring gear by means of a splined shaft rotatably connected to the wheel shaft. The cone press connection offers the advantage that it is free of play. To release the connection, however, an increased effort is needed. A splined connection is usually not free of play. This has the consequence that the connection moves during load changes. Eventually, this movement may lead to disconnection or noise. In addition, the game creates an increased backlash of the transmission.

Es ist deshalb Aufgabe der Erfindung ein Winkelgetriebe zu finden – insbesondere für Flurförderfahrzeuge – welches die genannten Nachteile zumindest reduziert. Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass das Tellerrad und die Radwelle zweiteilig ausgebildet sind und über eine jeweils stirnseitige Geometrie drehfest miteinander verbunden sind. Diese stirnseitige Geometrie kann als Plan-Kerb- oder Hirth-Verzahnung oder auch mit einer anderen stirnseitigen Geometrie realisiert werden. Diese Verbindungen haben den Vorteil, dass sie spielfrei sind, dass ein Tellerrad ohne die Radwelle demontiert werden kann und dass diese Verbindung zudem kostengünstig herstellbar ist. Der zweiteilige Aufbau von Radwelle und Tellerrad ist auch aus dem Grunde vorteilhaft, weil sonst bei einer Einheit von Radwelle und Tellerrad, der zu bearbeitende Rohling mindestens den Durchmesser des Tellerrades aufweisen müsste. Dieses würde eine enorme Spanungsarbeit bedeuten.
