Moreover, the invention relates to a method for switching a suction dredge with a pivotable about a pivot axis guide axis from right to left traffic with a guide arm, wherein the pivot axis is preferably moved from one side of the suction dredge to the other side by means of a drive.
A disadvantage of the known suction dredger is that the suction pipe length is not fully exploitable. Due to the expensive purchase price of suction dredgers, there is therefore an urgent need to exploit the maximum suction pipe length.
- [A1] Surprisingly, the guide arm can thus be moved from the left to the right side of the suction dredger so that the suction dredger can be used in left-hand or right-hand traffic. Desirably, by means of a displacement of the guide arm, the length of the suction pipe is maximally utilized, since the displaceability of the guide arm makes it possible to connect the proboscis to one of a total of two openings on the left or right side of the suction dredger. By shifting the guide arm and the associated displacement of the suction nozzle connection, the gain in length of the suction pipe is the vehicle width. The suction pipe length is fully utilized.
- [A2] In a preferred embodiment, the axis of rotation of the guide arm is designed to be movable by means of a horizontally acting linear drive and / or by means of a force arm pivotable about a further vertical cantilever axis. Thus, the guide arm via a telecontrol line from the cab is displaced. The linear drive is space-saving. When the guide arm is pivotally spaced about a further vertical axis from one side of the vehicle to the other side of the vehicle so that it is easy to clean or to maintain. Both the linear guide and the other axis allow the quick disassembly or change of the guide arm. For this, it only needs to be supported and the guide can be removed.
- [A3] If two horizontal guides for the linear drive are provided approximately at a height of 1/3 and 2/3 of the vehicle height, the forces on the vehicle arm can be introduced via a transverse structure into the vehicle frame of the suction dredger. The bumper of the suction dredger is exposed, so that the vehicle lights are not obscured. Compared to a guide of the number one, two horizontal guides and initiation of a centrally intervening force moments are compensated. The guides are located at some distance from the road, so that whirling up and other soiling of the road can not settle on the guides. By moving or flipping the guide arm approximately in the center of the vehicle, the personnel can track the movement at the normal corner of the eye. An unnecessary look up or down is avoided, the work of the staff is simplified.
- [A4] It makes sense to provide a lock for locking the cantilever relative to the suction dredger, wherein preferably the Kragarmachse is formed in its right or left end position on the vehicle. The lock prevents unsecured moving the cantilever and thus increases the safety. If a lock is provided, hydraulic or pneumatic fuses are supported. Compared to a pure engine blockade, a friction or positive locking is a simple and secure locking.
- [A5] Especially easy is the locking of the cantilever when a bolt is used for locking is provided, which is arranged penetrating a suction dredger and provided in the cantilever or linear drive bore. Suction dredgers are construction site or work vehicles. To be carried out on such vehicles activities must be robust and simple executable for the operating staff. The qualified specialist understands independently and without further instruction the operation and the background of bolt locks. By means of a mechanical lock, which is formed via a push button or as a switch of an electrical circuit, a check of the vehicle state is feasible. Without hammered bolt, z. B. the vehicle electronics start the vehicle.
- [A6] The working area of the suction dredger is elegantly increased by providing two openings to the sump receiving end of the sump, the two openings preferably being provided on / in the suction dredger roof. If two openings, each provided on one longitudinal side of the suction dredger, the proboscis is reversible. Depending on the operation of the suction dredger with right or left guide of the guide arm of the suction pipe to the other side can be reversed. By repositioning the suction pipe, the width of the suction dredge is obtained as a usable length of the suction pipe. It makes sense, the openings are designed to be closed either with sliders. Due to the fact that the proboscis can be moved and a leak would occur in the vacuum container, open openings should be closed by means of a slide. Two openings desirably increase the redundancy of the suction dredger. Also, a second proboscis is connectable. This could be formed with minimized diameter as a hand-held proboscis, so that the staff can pick up by hand at the workplace suction.
- [A7] The object is further achieved by a method for switching a suction dredger with a pivotable about a pivot axis guide axis from right to left traffic, characterized in that the pivot axis is displaced from one side of the suction dredge to the other side, preferably by means of a drive.
