Diese Anordnung hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass Verdrehungen (Verschwenkungen) des C-Bogens über 90° nicht durchgeführt werden können. Um eine größere Verdrehung auszuführen, müsste der Bogen aus seinem Rollenpaar herausfahren, womit ein Steifigkeitsverlust und eine hohe Einfederung des Gesamtsystems verbunden wäre.
