Description
The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for producing a polymer-based conductor track.
The object of the invention is to enable an improved production of a polymer-based conductor track, in particular to influence and / or adjust a strain-dependent resistance of the polymer-based conductor track.
The object is, in a method for producing a polymer-based conductor track applied to a substrate, by applying a strand of homogeneously dispersed particles, in particular nanoparticles, comprising polymerizable polymer material by means of a, in particular electrically conductive, strand dosing device for applying the polymer-based conductor track to the substrate, electrical contacting the strand at the beginning of dispensing with a contact surface applied to the substrate and applying an electrical voltage between the contact surface and the strand dosing device and between the contact surface and a further contact surface applied to the substrate, the strand dosing device and the further contact surface being at the same potential. For example, a dispenser can be understood to mean a dispenser cannula. In this case, an arbitrary cross section can be extruded by means of the dispenser cannula, for example a circular, a semicircular, a rectangular and / or a thin layer, etc. Advantageously, the strand dispensable by means of the dispenser cannula can first be contacted with the contact surface. During the further application, the electrical voltage is applied between the electrical contact surface and the applied strand, ie between the dispenser cannula and the contact surface. This advantageously leads to the nanoparticles aligning longitudinally in a connected electric field to corresponding field lines. As a result, the dispersed nanoparticles are advantageously aligned in a longitudinal direction of the strand, that is to say they are substantially rectified or arranged parallel to one another. Advantageously, this results in a particularly high conductivity of the thus applied strand of the polymerizable polymer material having the homogeneously dispersed nanoparticles. Advantageously, the polymer material can be stretched in the longitudinal direction after a curing process, whereby the individual nanoparticles virtually move adjacent to each other, so that thereby an electrical resistance of the strand only minimally changes, in particular compared to randomly oriented nanoparticles changes significantly less. Particles, in particular nanoparticles, may be conductive carbon blacks and / or carbon nanotubes (CNTs), and / or micrometers of particles and their spatial agglomerates (eg filamentary or fibrous carbon or metal particles), in particular particles of a size and / or length greater than 2 nm, in particular less than 500 μm, preferably approximately 100 nm, preferably between 2 nm and 200 nm, in particular 3 nm and 180 nm, in particular 4 nm and 150 nm, in particular 20 nm and 130 nm, in particular 40 nm and 120 nm, in particular 80 nm and 110 nm, preferably 200 nm and 2 μm, in particular 110 nm and 3 μm, in particular 120 nm and 4 μm, in particular 150 nm and 8 μm, in particular 100 nm and 10 μm, in particular 10 μm and 100 μm, in particular 15 μm and 150 μm, in particular 20 μm and 200 μm, in particular 40 μm and 200 μm, in particular 50 μm and 500 μm, in particular 100 μm and 400 μm.
An embodiment of the method is carried out by applying the strand between the contact surface and a further contact surface, contacting the finished applied strand with the further contact surface and applying the electrical voltage and / or a further electrical voltage between the contact surface and the further contact surface. Advantageously, the electrical voltage between the contact surface and the further contact surface can be maintained even after the complete deployment of the strand. This can be done, for example, during polymerization of the polymer material, so that the orientation of the nanoparticles is retained even in the finished polymerized strand. Preferably, it can be provided that, when the further contact surface is reached, they are in an identical position Potential is like the dispenser cannula itself. Alternatively and / or additionally, the dispenser cannula is electrically conductive to apply the voltage.
Another embodiment of the method is performed by adjusting the voltage between the contact surface and the strand dosing device during the dispensing of the strand, in particular so that a voltage drop per unit length in the longitudinal direction of the strand is constant. Advantageously, an identical field strength can be generated during the dispensing operation and after the subsequent contact with the further contact surface in the entire strand, which advantageously leads to an identical orientation of the dispersed nanoparticles. Advantageously, an electrical resistance as well as a strain dependence of the electrical resistance of the finished and polymerized strand can be set or generated consistently over the entire strand.
A further embodiment of the method is carried out by polymerizing the finished strand by heating the strand, in particular by means of a heat source and / or by impressing a current flow by means of increasing the electrical voltage. Advantageously, the polymerizable polymer material can be polymerized by the heat of the heat source. Alternatively and / or additionally, this can be done advantageously without additional device merely by increasing the electrical voltage, ie by means of an already existing electrical energy source.
A further embodiment of the method is carried out by measuring an electrical resistance, in particular per unit length of the strand, during the application and / or after contacting the strand with the further contact surface. Advantageously, by means of measuring the electrical resistance, in particular per unit length of the strand, the production process can be monitored, in particular an orientation of the nanoparticles, a cross section of the strand and / or a quality of the polymer material, for example a content of the nanoparticles, and / or or similar, be closed. Advantageously, the process can be controlled and / or regulated accordingly.
The object of the invention is also by means of a device for producing a polymer-based conductor track applied to a substrate with a strand metering device, by means of which a strand of homogeneously dispersed nanoparticle-comprising and polymerizable polymer material for applying the polymer-based conductor track can be applied to the substrate, and an electrical energy source the strand dosing and an electrically contactable with the strand contact surface is assigned or assigned, wherein the strand dosing is connected in parallel with a further contact surface applied to the substrate and the strand after an application by means of Strangdosiervorrichtung the contact surface and the further contact surface electrically connects, solved. Advantageously, an electrical voltage can be applied between the contact surface and the strand dosing device, by means of which the homogeneously dispersed nanoparticles can be aligned within the strand. Advantageously, a circuit of the power source via the contact surface, the strand and the strand metering device can be closed. By means of the device, in particular, a previously described method can be carried out. In this respect, the advantages described above arise.
An exemplary embodiment of the device has a control device, by means of which a voltage of the electrical energy source can be set as a function of a distance of the strand dosing device from the contact surface. Advantageously, by means of the control device, the voltage can be adjusted so that it depends on the distance of the strand dosing to the contact surface, for example, during the application of the strand per unit length of the already applied strand is constant.
In a further embodiment of the device it is provided that the strand dosing device is electrically conductive. Advantageously, the circuit can be closed via the strand meter itself.
In a further embodiment of the device, it is provided that the strand dosing device is connected in parallel with a further contact surface and the strand, after being dispensed by means of the strand dosing device, electrically connects the contact surface and the further contact surface. Advantageously, it can be achieved that, when reaching the strand of the further contact surface, the strand dosing device and the further contact surface are automatically at a potential, ie when the further contact surface or when contacting the further contact surface with the applied strand no voltage jump and / or Potential jump takes place. Advantageously, during the dispensing and during the contacting or after the contacting with the further contact surface within the strand, constant electrical conditions or a constant electric field can be generated.
In a further embodiment, the device has a measuring device, by means of which an electrical resistance, in particular per unit length of a longitudinal direction of the strand is measurable on. Advantageously, the electrical resistance, in particular per unit length of the longitudinal direction of the strand, can already be determined during the application. Advantageously, based on this, a control and / or regulation of process parameters can take place.
