With the invention, a solar flat collector, a method for producing a solar flat collector and a solar thermal system to be improved.
According to the invention, a solar flat collector with a base element and a transparent element is provided for this purpose, wherein a working space is provided between the base element and the transparent element, which is at least partially filled with a working fluid which at least partially evaporates when exposed to solar radiation collector at the base element and transparent element in general are formed plate-like, in which in the working space supporting elements are provided, which rest on the one hand on the base member and the other on the transparent element and in which the working space is at least partially provided with a capillary absorber material which receives the working fluid in the liquid state and distributed by capillary action in the working space, wherein the absorber material is adapted to absorb sunlight.
The generally plate-like design of the base member and the transparent element allows a very simple and large-scale construction of the solar panel according to the invention. Since support elements are provided between the base member and the transparent element, the working space can be formed with little design effort. The provision of the capillary absorber material ensures a distribution of the working fluid in the working space. This is done automatically by capillary action, so that this also contributes to a structurally simple construction of the solar flat collector.
By absorbing sunlight, the absorber material itself can contribute to the heating of the working fluid.
In a further development of the invention, the absorber element is designed as a textile element, in particular as a nonwoven. In this way, the absorber element can be produced over a large area.
In a further development of the invention, the absorber element is designed as an open-pore foam.
The production of an open-cell foam is the desired Material properties, especially light and fluid absorption, readily possible.
In a further development of the invention, the absorber element is formed integrally with the base element.
For example, a starting material for producing the open-cell foam can be poured or sprayed onto the base element, whereupon the starting material is then foamed on the base element itself to form the open-cell foam. In this way, an intimate connection between the base element and absorber element can be ensured and a production of the absorber element is possible during a continuous production process on the base element itself.
In a further development of the invention, the support elements are formed as knobs and / or webs.
In this way, on the one hand, the solar flat collector according to the invention can be made insensitive, since pressure and tensile forces can be transmitted to the transparent element, on the base element or within the working space on the support elements. Further, by knobs and / or webs, a flow connection between the interstices of the webs and / or knobs can be ensured, so that the working fluid can be distributed over the entire working space. The support elements in the form of knobs and / or webs can for example be formed integrally with the base element, for example cast, sprayed, calendered, pressed or the like.
In a further development of the invention, the transparent element is designed as a multi-chamber profile.
For example, the transparent element can be produced by extrusion of plastic. This also makes it possible to manufacture the solar flat collector according to the invention in a cost-effective manner and in a continuous process. A multi-chamber profile has good thermal insulation properties.
In a further development of the invention, the transparent element is designed as a thermally insulating multi-layer element. In this way, a very good insulation of the working element can be achieved by means of the transparent element. For example, the transparent element is designed as a laminate or as a multiple glass.
In a further development of the invention, the transparent element is designed as a sandwich laminate, wherein at least one of the laminate layers is an airgel.
Aerogels have excellent insulation properties and are transparent at the same time. In this way, a transparent and thereby very well insulating transparent element can be provided.
In a further development of the invention, the airgel is coated with a transparent plastic.
In this way, the airgel can be sealed against the ingress of soiling.
In a further development of the invention, the base element is made of recycled plastic provided with filler. As fillers, for example, fibers and / or granular fillers, for. As sand, are used.
The formation of the base element made of fiber-reinforced recycled plastic is not only environmentally friendly but also makes it possible to perform the base element very stable.
In a further development of the invention, the base element is produced by extrusion of plastic or by means of stamp presses.
In this way, the base element can be produced very accurately and, for example, in a continuous process.
In a further development of the invention, the base element and / or the transparent element on a plurality of channel-shaped half-shells, so that the working space of the solar flat collector has a plurality of channel-shaped sections. In these groove-shaped sections, the working fluid can first evaporate and is then selectively passed through the channel-shaped sections.
In a further development of the invention, the transparent element has a plurality of channel-shaped half-shells, which are covered on their side facing away from the working space with a transparent and substantially flat cover layer.
In this way, the channel-shaped design of the transparent element on the outside can be smooth-surfaced and at the same time creates a thermal insulation through the spaces between the substantially flat cover layer and the half-shells.
In a further development of the invention, a gap between the cover layer and the channel-shaped half-shells is evacuated.
In this way, a thermal insulation between the cover layer and half shells can be significantly improved.
In a further development of the invention of the invention, the working fluid is a mixture of a plurality of substantially immiscible with each other immiscible fluids with different boiling point.
In this way, a vapor pressure over a relatively wide temperature range can be kept within predetermined limits. In this way, the solar panels according to the invention can be used as a so-called direct evaporator.
In a further development of the invention, the working fluid is a mixture of alcohol and water or butane and hexane.
In providing such mixtures, the vapor pressure over temperature increases less than with a single ingredient, such as pure water or pure alcohol. As a result, the vapor pressure within the solar flat collector can be kept within narrower limits over a given temperature range than would be the case with a working fluid having only a single constituent.
The problem underlying the invention is also solved by a method for producing a solar flat collector according to the invention, according to which the provision of strip material for forming the base element and the provision of strip material for forming the transparent element and the connection of base element and transparent element in a continuous press, in particular a double belt press , is provided.
In this way, the solar flat collector according to the invention can be produced in a continuous process.
The problem underlying the invention is also solved by a solar thermal system with a solar panel according to the invention, in which the solar panel is in flow communication with a heat exchanger, wherein the solar panel and the heat exchanger form a gas-tight, closed system.
In this way, a solar thermal system can be realized according to the so-called heat-pipe principle. The solar flat collector according to the invention operates as a direct evaporator and the working fluid contained in the working space of the solar thermal collector evaporates by solar radiation and is transported in vapor form to the heat exchanger. After condensation and heat release in the heat exchanger, the working fluid can then flow back into the working space of the solar flat collector.
In a further development of the invention, the solar flat collector is inclined at an angle to the horizontal and the heat exchanger is arranged above the solar flat collector.
In this way, in the solar thermal system according to the invention no pump for returning the working fluid in the working space of the solar panel required, but the gravity can be used for the return of the then liquid working fluid. The vaporized working fluid rises as steam to the heat exchanger. A distribution of the working fluid in the working space of the solar flat collector is effected by means of the capillary action of the absorber element and by means of gravity.
In a further development of the invention, at least one steam-driven heat engine and a pump are provided, wherein in operation of the solar thermal system is provided a cycle of the working fluid from the solar panel to the heat engine, the pump and again to the solar panel.
In this way, the steam generated in the solar flat collector by evaporation of the working fluid can be used to operate a heat engine and thus, for example, to generate electrical energy.
In a further development of the invention, a heat exchanger is provided in the circuit between the heat engine and the pump.
In this way, a combined heat and power can be realized with the solar thermal system according to the invention. After the vaporous working fluid has driven the heat engine, and optionally already partially condensed, it is passed as steam to the heat exchanger, where it is completely condensed and then pumped back into the working space of the solar panel via a pump.
In a further development of the invention, the heat engine is designed as a steam turbine.
For example, the heat engine can be designed as a so-called ORC turbine (organic rankine cycle turbine). In this way, a very good efficiency can be achieved even with the comparatively low steam temperatures that can be generated by means of a solar flat collector.
