Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a piece of clothing, in particular a men's shirt or a women's blouse, which is made up of several blank parts.
High-quality clothing, in particular outerwear, which should have a high-quality appearance, are usually made in the prior art from fabrics which are made of a ring yarn (conventional or compact) or Airjet yarns. Ring yarns are spun on ring spinning machines made of cotton or mixed fibers and can be produced with a very high fineness. Fabric made of ring yarns are characterized by a particularly fine feel and a slight shine of the surface. On the other hand, yarns can not be spun with the same fineness as ring yarns according to an open-end spinning process, for example by the rotor spinning method, and have a rougher surface and lower strength, so that they are considered inferior for clothing purposes. Woven fabrics of rotor yarn have a rather hard, wiry feel. Garments which come in contact with human skin are not made of rotor yarn for this reason in the prior art either. A disadvantage of known clothing items, especially in men's shirts and women's blouses, it is that they often have only a low resistance and have wear and washing due to wear and tear.
Object of the present invention is therefore to propose a garment, which has a relation to the prior art improved life and yet meets high quality standards.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.The object is achieved with the features of
A piece of clothing, in particular an outer garment such as a men's shirt or a women's blouse, is made up of several cut parts. According to the invention, a first part of the cut parts of the item of clothing is made of a first yarn, in particular of rotor yarn or another. Open yarn, manufactured fabric and the other part of the blank parts consists of a fabric made from ring yarn. The present invention has found that rotor yarns can be used even in high-quality clothing without loss of quality, if only individual parts of the garment are made from a rotor yarn. The inventive combination of blank parts made of rotor yarn and cut parts of ring yarn, it is possible to preserve the desired high quality appearance of the garment by the majority of the blank parts, which is the optics, the case of the garment and the handle, made of a ring yarn is. Blank pieces of the garment, which are less determinative of the visual appearance and the handle of the fabric, however, can be made from rotor yarn. It is surprising here that the rotor yarns previously classified as inferior can even contribute to increasing the quality and durability of the clothing. Thus, in certain blank parts in which the specific properties of the rotor yarn are superior to those of the ring yarn, fabrics of a rotor yarn can be used.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, highly stressed blank parts are made of a fabric of rotor yarn. For example, it has been shown that fabrics, in particular from somewhat coarser rotor yarn, can be superior in abrasion and abrasion resistance. Thus, although rotor yarns due to the Umwindefasern, which occur in the rotor spinning process, a harder grip in the tissue, but the individual fibers are particularly well integrated in the fiber composite and dissolve less quickly in further processing as well as stress on the finished fabric.
Therefore, it is particularly advantageous if severely abrasion-stressed cut parts consist of a fabric made of rotor yarn. As a result, improved durability can be achieved even with blank parts which are exposed to heavy abrasion when worn. Likewise, this blank pieces, which are exposed to high stresses during washing operations, be protected from wear and tear.
It is particularly advantageous if at least one collar and / or a collar web of a men's shirt or a ladies blouse consists of a fabric made of rotor yarn. In particular, the collar corners and the collar web are due to the movements when wearing a particularly strong Subjected to wear. Frequently, such signs of wear occur even with high-quality branded goods, so that they are no longer portable after a few washes. By the use according to the invention of fabrics made of rotor yarn at the locations subject to high abrasion, these signs of wear can be greatly reduced at the typical points.
It is therefore also advantageous if the sleeves consist of a fabric of a rotor yarn. These too, especially when washing, are exposed to heavy loads.
Furthermore, it can be advantageous if also shoulder fittings consist of a fabric made of a rotor yarn. Since fabrics made of rotor yarn have a very regular appearance, the high standards of quality and visual appearance can be achieved despite the larger area. Use can also be effected by a rotor yarn.
Further advantages of the invention will be described with reference to the embodiment shown below.
