Description
The invention relates to a solar cell module having a plurality of solar cells arranged on an electrically insulating carrier body and interconnected via interconnects, and to a method for producing such a solar cell module.
Stand der TechnikState of the art
The solar cells are preferably connected in series, so the individual voltages add up and practical voltages are generated. A module with 36 cells in series connection generates approx. 17 to 21 V and can, for example, charge a 12 V battery system. Combinations of series and parallel connections are also possible. The parallel circuits serve to increase the current. All circuit variants, the compounds of the individual cells by means of one or more connection flat conductor in common. For this, the solar cells must be contacted with the connecting lines. The contacts can be applied on the top and bottom of the solar cell or on both sides on the back.
When soldering to strings and their transport and interconnection to arrays, the solar cells are mechanically stressed, and so cells are destroyed. This cell breakage is approximately 0.2 to 0.8%. If a solar cell in the cell string is damaged, it must be manually re-soldered and replaced before it is installed in the string to a module. Fully automatic string soldering is only possible with the aid of sophisticated robot technology.

Offenbarung der ErfindungDisclosure of the invention
The invention relates to a solar cell module having the features of
Furthermore, the invention provides a method having the features of claim 8. Hereinafter, the production of the connection points of the interconnects on the carrier body with the connection contacts of the solar cell comprises two Phases. In a first step, in particular sequentially, the connection points or connection contacts are provided with soldering paste or adhesive. In a second step, the solar cells of the module, in particular at the same time, soldered to the carrier body or possibly glued.
An embodiment of the invention provides that the solar cells have connection contacts for interconnection exclusively on one of the two surfaces, which represents the back in the position of use, the interconnects are applied to the solar cell facing surface of the carrier body and the solar cells only at their rear terminal contacts with the Guideways are connected.
In a further embodiment, it is provided that bypass diodes are integrated into the interconnect structure on the surface of the carrier body. Parallel to this or independently, predetermined measuring points for electrical quality control of the solar cells can be provided on the interconnects.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the carrier body is formed as a ceramic plate, or it comprises at least one such.
In further embodiments of the invention, the interconnects are applied in an upstream step on the ceramic support, for example by gluing or ultrasonic soldering, and in particular provided ready solder with solder and flux.
In embodiments of the method for producing the proposed solar cell module, the solar cells are heated for soldering over the entire surface and / or soldered by wave soldering to the interconnects on the carrier body.
