Abstract
Description
The The invention relates to a solar thermal power plant for the production of electricity using solar energy in a power range under 100 kW. The most successful solar thermal technology ever Electricity production, or the technology with the largest, worldwide installed electrical power are the parabolic trough power plants. The concentrators (mirrors) are here channel-shaped with Parabolic cross-section, with the sunlight in a linear Focal line is bundled (line concentrator). In the Focal line is the receiver, which absorbs the sunlight and as thermal energy to thermal oil, a heat transfer medium, emits. Line concentrators have lower construction Concentration factors as point-concentrating Systems (eg Paraboloidspiegel, Heliostaten), what their efficiency deteriorated especially at high absorber temperatures. Still have They themselves because of their simple structure and the associated Possibility for cost-effective component production enforced against highly concentrated systems. By the big ones Numbers of components reduces their price additionally. Parabolic trough power plants are currently only available in Power ranges over 1 MW used. Here is the heat energy from a thermal oil, obtained in the collector system, which is passed through the receiver, taken and over a heat noise to the working fluid (water) delivered to to generate water vapor. The water vapor becomes the operation a steam turbine used. With this steam power process can great benefits are implemented, but it is technically complex and will be for services <100 kW not used. Parabolic trough power plants are small, decentralized Investment projects unknown.
Ziel
in kleinen Leistungsbereichen (< 100
In
kleinen Leistungsbereichen ist es sinnvoll, einen Zentrifugalverdichter
mit einer Radialturbine zu kombinieren. Diese kompakte Bauweise
ist z. B. bei Turboladern bekannt. Zur Erhitzung der Luft dient
ein Absorber, welcher die gebündelte Sonnenstrahlung eines
Parabolrinnenkollektors oder von Fresnelkollektoren unter möglichst
geringen Verlusten absorbiert.
The process temperatures are therefore at her conventional systems limited to a maximum of 400 ° C. Integrating the absorber in a gas turbine process, so no thermal oil is needed because the working medium (air / gas) also serves as a heat transfer medium. Since the proportion of low molecular weight gases in the air is very low, the process temperature in the system proposed here is limited mainly by the thermal stability of the absorber material and the coating. The efficiency of the gas turbine process increases with increasing process temperature. At the same time, the thermal efficiency of the receiver decreases due to increasing heat losses. The optimum for the process temperature in the proposed system here is expected at about 650 ° C to 700 ° C (to determine these values, the heat loss characteristics of receivers from different manufacturers were used). If the permissible temperatures of the absorber material and the coating are lower, the process temperatures must be adjusted accordingly.
Damit
Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Darlegung zur Lösung.at too little sunlight is possible over one In front of the turbine inlet combustion chamber to inject fuel and traditionally firing the turbine to a failure to avoid. Meaningfully, with the hot Exhaust secondary processes are supported, such as z. B. evaporation processes, hot water supply or air conditioning. Further features of the invention will become apparent from the description of Solution.
